• McGough submitted provided DAP #5 regarding precast delivery and erection to DeLaSalle. Specific dates will be identified

once the delivery date is finalized.

• McGough will also provide a DAP for the steel delivery and erection.

North Entry Building Signage Layout 10/01/15: Sean stated the letters are missing. He will check with Nicholas on their location.

9/10/15: DLS will be using existing signage letters at the north entry. DLS asked HGA to provide a layout for the signage.

Temporary Door at Field Exit 10/01/15: Sean to review with Nicholas.

9/10/15: Pat Reak asked if DLS wants to provide at new 48” door at the existing 36” temporary door location. DLS will review logistics (ie locking the Womens locker room door) and respond.

Door Pairs to be Same Height 10/01/15: Cheryl to follow up with Nicholas.

9/24/15: Cheryl noted that new door pairs are NOT all at matching heights. Cheryl and Nicholas need to meet to discuss. 9/17/15: Cheryl will confirm, all new door pairs are same height. 9/10/15: Nicholas asked HGA to confirm that both doors in door pairs will be the same height, at connection to existing building. HGA will issue revisions as needed.

Mezzanine Door Opening 10/01/15: Kevin to forward revised Mezzanine drawings. McGough to document in confirming RFI.

0/24/15: The mezzanine door opening location is shown on the precast shop drawings. McGough will send these to Kevin Halbach for coordination.

9/10/15: The location of the mezzanine door opening has been identified per field dimensioning on precast shop drawings. John H will send a confirming RFI to document the location.

New Business:

The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 8th 2015, at 9:30 AM at DeLaSalle High School.

10/01/15: Dan Welty brought in new samples and everyone tested the markers on them and the glass cleaned easily. Dan to forward electronic resubmittal information and Cheryl to take the physical samples with her today. The team approved the glass. Dan said there was no additional cost for any of the changes to the detailing or materials for the marker boards.

9/24/15: Correction: the gap at the wall behind glass will be ¼”. Cheryl said caulk isn’t required at the perimeter gap. Foam pad should be held back ¼” from the edge of glass. 9/17/15: There was discussion about the glass marker boards with Dan Welty from Twin City Glass

1. The proposed mounting system will have a 3/16” gap at the wall, which will be caulked. The mounting system suggested by HGA would not be structurally adequate and would only reduce the gap by 1/16”

2. Twin City Glass will get a revised sample with a different glass finish which will be non-glare, but allow erasing (without using water).

A foam pad will be installed behind the glass marker board to help prevent bowing/breakage if accidentally hit.

11.01

PE Locker Room Specialties 10/01/15: Sean said he would get John a sanitary napkin dispenser. McGough to return the one from Bartley. Final inspection John has scheduled for tomorrow. Pat and Andy to get their respective inspection done prior to that. John and Sean to work out the logistics of moving the lockers out of the Casanova room so the PE locker rooms can be put in use next week.

9/24/15: McGough will need TP, paper towel and soap dispensers from DLS for installation next week. Sean will coordinate with John. No code signage is required at the PE Locker Rooms. Identification signage will be provided by DLS as needed. DLS requested that HGA coordinate code signage with existing DLS building signage when code signage submittals (from McGough Sub) are reviewed.

Tree Removal at School Entry 10/01/15: Sean to contact Rainbow regarding the tree removal and get on their schedule while waiting to confirm with Nicholas.

9/24/15: Existing trees at the front of the building will need to be transplanted in the next coupld of weeks (prior to cold weather). DLS will confirm who they want to do this work.

Student Tours 10/01/15: Shannon passed on the waiver last week. DLS to let McGough know when they want to schedule the tours.

9/24/15: Nicholas asked about the possibility of giving Student Council members a tour of the jobsite. McGough can work with the school on this. Any visitors must sign a waiver form (Guardians must sign for minors), and wear vests/hard hats! McGough will forward a copy of the form.

Roofing at Library 10/01/15: Sean & John to meet with Flynn next week Tuesday or Wednesday to look at the existing roof and get some pricing options.

9/24/15: DLS is interested in having Flynn Roofing work on the existing library roof during Learning Commons construction.
