The best way to manage construction claims is to stop them before they happen. Claims avoidance begins with expert analysis of all project plans and documentation before construction starts. A thorough technical plan review will help eliminate ambiguities and bring potential claims triggers to the surface. But even with the best claims avoidance strategies, disputes may still arise. Hill employs a team of world-renowned experts in almost every construction discipline to help resolve construction problems in the most expedient way possible.

The Lai Chi Kok Viaduct located in Hong Kong is an elevated expressway forming part of a new transport linkage between Sha Tin and Tsing Yi Island. Hill provided construction consulting services in connection with the project.
