Relevant agreement on the above was signed by Mr. Tarek Al Sibaie, Deputy Chairman of the Authority for Commercial & Real Estate Affairs & Mr. Mahmoud Al Feddawi, Managing Director of Al Marara Co. The company plans to implement several new projects in both 6th October City & Sheikh Zayed City including Green Land Compound to occupy 76,000 M2 area & host 520housig units (150 M2 area each], a commercial mall and a medical center. Furthermore a 10 % down payment for reservation was also for other two projects including a hotel project on 10,500 M2 land & a commercial/ hotel project on 14,000 M2 land.

Project's first phase involves L.E. 1.8 billion investments. Business News Prime Minister Madbouli directing to maintain all wheat (grain) silos country wide in good operating shape. That was reported in the media stressing the need to contract an experienced & specialized company for the job to operate in cooperation with the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces & executives of the Ministry of Supply. A committee formed for that purpose indicated the existence of 38 silos in the Delta & Lower Egypt & 29 silos in Upper Egypt apart from other 7 in other locations.

Projects in Pre-Tendering PhaseHolding Co. for Silos & Warehouses of the Ministry of Supply said it would receive (completed) technical studies for the 10 grain silos project under Italian funding (going under a debt swap deal) valued L.E. 360 million by Mid January 2020. Silos will be built in Sharkiya, Monoufiya & Minya Governorates. Each of the three silos will have a storage capacity of 45,000 tons to 60,000 tons plus 60 earth excavated holes of 5,000 tons storage capacity each. Studies were made by Interporto Compino of Italy.
