Throughout 2020, we focused on protecting our people: we provided
them with millions of PPE items and fast IT upgrades, rolling out
new laptops and remote access to around 80,000 UniCredit employees,
to make sure they could work safely and effectively.
Do the right thing! For our Colleagues
PROTECTING OUR PEOPLE To best understand what our people and their
families needed in order to face the Covid-19 crisis, UniCredit
created a Family Board: the 20-person team meets regularly to
define solutions and recommendations in terms of flexibility,
wellbeing and other support (i.e. homeschooling/ homework).
