ANT+ & Bluetooth methods for Mac & PC

a) Open the TrainerRoad software, insert an ANT+ dongle, click on the‘Devices’ tab and click on ‘Pair’ for ‘Power Meter’ , Heart Rate', ‘Speed andCadence Sensor’

b) Turn on the WPM, ensure all the ANT+ settings are set as pictured below

c) Soft pedal on the Wattbike, Trainer Road should pick up the sensors. Thedevice ID is the number at the bottom of the screen or the last 5 digits ofthe monitor serial number found on the sticker on the back of themonitor)

d) In the TrainerRoad software select the 'workouts tab' , then a workout,open the workout and press ‘ Just ride’ on the WPM to start yoursession

Bluetooth

On your computer; open the TrainerRoad software and click on ‘Devices’ tab, under 'Bluetooth Smart Devices' click on ‘Pair’ for ‘Power Meter’, ‘Speed and Cadence Sensor’ and 'Heart Rate' (requires a BLE HR strap but ANT+ and BLE sensors can be combined. i.e. inserting an ANT+ dongle, will allow you connect an ANT+ HR device)

Turn on the WPM and ensure the Bluetooth (BLE) is on (small icon should show at the bottom of the monitor screen). If your monitor has BLE but it is not enabled head to Settings -> 'Remote' Tab' -> Turn BLE on

d) On the TrainerRoad software select the workouts tab, then a workout,open the workout and press 'just ride' on the WPM to start your session.

Connect to TR - iOS (BLE)a) Download and open the TrainerRoad app on your phone. Open the app and log in or create an

account. Ensure Bluetooth is on on your phone and on the WPM. To ensure the BLE is turned onon the WPM (a small icon should show at the bottom of the monitor screen). If your monitor hasBLE but it is not enabled head to Settings -> 'Remote' Tab' -> Turn BLE on

b) Soft pedal the bike, TrainerRoad should pick up the sensors in the Wattbike, the device ID is thenumber at the bottom of the screen or the last 5 digits of the serial number. Tap on the sensors ofthe bike you are riding on SPD + CAD and PWR.

c) Tap the option button, then 'Training', select your workout and tap load workout. Press 'just ride' onthe WPM to start your session.

b) Turn on the WPM and soft pedal the bike, TrainerRoad should pick up the sensors in the Wattbike,the device ID is the number at the bottom of the screen or the last 5 digits of the serial number. Tapon the sensors of the bike you are riding on SPD + CAD and PWR.

c) Tap the option button, then 'Training', select your workout and tap load workout. Press ‘Just ride’ onthe WPM to start your session.
