Sept. 19, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, with Beth Cougler BlomLearn the basics of the volunteer management cycle for effective management of volunteers. This workshop willintroduce you to the various stages of the volunteer management cycle, covering everything from planning,recruitment, selection and orientation/training, to supervision, evaluation and recognition of volunteers.
