Year 3 EC Review Comments

During the GN3 Year 3 Review, held in Brussels in June 2012, the EC reviewers recommended that:

• 7 The business cases, service descriptions, KPIs, and SLAs, statistics and the product manager's name should be published in a uniform way from links on a single page on the GÉANT portal.

• 34 The activities related to the defined service life cycles should be better documented to demonstrate adherence to process and to offer traceability to such activities.

• 38-41 Roadmaps should be developed for the future plans of each service and performance against the roadmaps should be monitored and reported on. It is expected that this will be included in the next GN3 review.“ …….and……..KPIs, SLAs, Roadmaps must be presented in a uniform way
