Each of the building’s floors has a total of 9,720 sq ft (903 sq m) over two wings which can be split down to 1,000 sq ft (92 sq m) or joined up to create larger spaces. You’ll have complete flexibility to shape the style and character of your workspace to suit your brand and can be safe in the knowledge that the building has the highest standards of energy efficiency.
Three lower floors provide a tech hub of hot desk spaces, dedicated coworking areas and studio offices for 2–20 people. It’s here that smaller businesses can put down roots or larger businesses can access additional space for project working or temporary teams.

A 64-seat event space will be brought to life with a programme of activities created by an on-site community engagement manager, with input from building occupiers and special guests. The aim is to create the right opportunities for you to engage with other members of the Platform community, sharing ideas and experiences.
Sustainability is also a major factor in the success of our cities and the businesses that operate in them. Platform will be BREEAM Excellent standard and the workspaces will achieve an ‘A’ category Energy Performance Certificate. Tech hub breakout space
Platform will be home to a three floor ‘tech hub’ providing a dedicated space for digital businesses in the city. Delivered in partnership with Leeds City Council, the hub will offer a focal point for the region’s digital talent and act as a showcase for international investment.
With two floors of studio spaces for 2–12 people, a whole wing of coworking desks and a wing of larger workspaces, the tech hub will provide a base for early-stage businesses as well as more evolved ventures looking to expand.
