In this issue, we report to our readers a comprehensive overview on our lines of business, latest

endeavors, and biggest achievements in year 2017. Raya Holding for Financial Services Chairman

and CEO Medhat Khalil outlines the group’s millstones in 2017 and the way forward in 2018 in his

message on page 2, in which he shares his insights about Raya’s business.

Meanwhile, Raya Information Technology recorded an

impressive year of achievements. Raya Foods established

a state-of-the-art food manufacturing business after

acquiring a facility that produces and distributes frozen

fruits and vegetables. The factory operates state-of-the-

art equipment based on high quality business procedures

to produce goods that meet export standards. Today, we

are very proud to see our goods entering foreign markets

like Europe and Asia.

Raya Contact Center had another incredible year as we

marked a new level of success and maturity after listing

the company in the Egyptian Stock Exchange. We are

extremely proud to have created a real multinational

company, operating with governance, based on publicly

traded company standards.

We are also very proud of the growth that Aman for

E-Payments has experienced over the past year, becoming

one of the top e-payment companies in Egypt. Our

business retail arm Aman for Financial Services has more

than 100 outlets to date; with more in the pipeline to

solidify our market presence.

As always, employee empowerment is at the foundation

of our growing operations. My advice to Raya family is to

focus on education and training, take advantage of the

surrounding accessible resources, and always striving to

learn something new.

I’m extremely pleased with our rich and eventful journey.

Today, I’m looking forward to seeing Raya Group grow into

the largest Egyptian conglomerate company in terms of

Total Revenue for the Call Center Line of Business

from Educate Me “Mo3allem” conference held last

September at the American University in Cairo. For three

years, Raya continues to believe in Educate Me’s mission;

which is developing and delivering a learning program

that empowers underprivileged children to become

their dreams. We have collaborated in the expansion of

the community center in El Talbeya Haram, in teacher

training program, and school transformation program.

Raya is currently supporting the implementation of

school transformation programs in three public schools in

Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October. The school transformation

program aims at empowering targeted schools with the

Raya Holding Organizes The 13 Management Seminarth

The management seminar is an annual two day event

where all the top management; from the Chairman to

Senior Managers, for Raya’s Lines of Business convenes

to align their direction and get trained on a specific

topic allowing sharing knowledge & best practices. The

event was held at the Four Seasons Hotel, San Stefano

Alexandria. As Raya vision is “To be a Market Leader

No Matter Where we are” the 2017 seminar theme was

“Leading Change in Times of Uncertainty”; throughout the

seminar the attendees had the chance to understand what

“change” is and how it affects the business. The concept of

change was addressed from different aspects; economic

changes in Egypt, change in the digital world, change on

an organizational level, and change within the team and

the employees. To be able to touch on all these aspects;

there had to be a diverse lineup of speakers; starting

with Mr. Nidal Alaasar, CEO and Managing Director of the

Egyptian Gulf Bank who shed light on Egypt’s present-day

economic conditions and its influence on all aspects of

the market, and how to navigate through this turbulence

in driving the business to achieve its goals. Moving

to Dr. Mark Devolder, one of the top 10 speakers in the

Change Management, who engaged the audience with

his energetic presentation by explaining how to harness

the hurricane of change. Then Haritha Ramachandaran

and Gowtham Bandi consultants from “Frost and Sullivan”

explained how the digital transformation is affecting the

world and showcasing the importance of having a digital

presence is no longer optional. The second day for the

seminar included a workshop on a case study facilitated

by our CEOs Reem Asaad and Bassem Megahed being

Harvard Business School Graduates on the success story

of a leading organization; how its innovation and change

kept it alive and flourishing all these years. Finally, since

Raya’s main asset is people, Niel O’Brian from “People

Performance” company explained how to best engage

people in managing the change and the importance of

having a healthy balance between strategy and people

management. With that the seminar was concluded by

a closing message from Medhat Khalil, Raya Holding’s

Chairman emphasizing on the importance of taking back

all this know-how an applying to ensure a smooth sailing

through all the waves of change that are hitting the world,

Egypt, the economy, businesses, and Raya.

Since 2001, each year Raya recognizes its outstanding

employees by Raya Achievers Club (RAC), in which the

top performing employees across Lines of Business are

rewarded with a trip to a country with exotic destinations in

order to motivate and appreciate their work performance

and efforts. For the year 2017, Vienna, Europe’s Cultural

Capital, was the destination for the achievers of Raya

group, where they had the chance to spend 5 days in

Vienna to experience its flair, unique charm and vibrancy.

The achievers had the opportunity to explore the city of

culture by visiting one of the most visited attractions the

Schonbrunn Palace. For centuries, Austria is known for its

magical nature because of Salzburg and the achievers had

the chance to go to Salzburg for a whole day to experience

the nature. Everyday there is a schedule where the

achievers have different fun activities that they can do in

order to enjoy the maximum from their trip and get to know

each other. Raya takes pride in acknowledging employee’s

efforts and will relentlessly find more opportunities to give

back to the people who work hard day in and day out.

Leading ChangeRaya Holding’s Town Hall 2017

Raya Holding’s Town Hall event was held in March 2017,

until 2015 there used to be a group Kick Off event where

all Raya employees gathered together. However, due to

our diversity and the increasing number of employees one

event became challenging, and accordingly the past two

years each Line of Business organized their own Kick Off

event and for the group there is a Town Hall event where

only top management attend.

The theme for 2017 was “Leading Change” to complement

the current status where one needs to embrace change in

order to ensure development and growth. The main purpose

of the Town Hall event is to give updates about the group

performance, sharing substantial achievements of Raya

group on the financial and operational level, and to have

a platform for communication. The Chairman delivered a

speech on the next year’s strategy and how Raya should

strive to be the changing agent of the market. Following

that, Ahmed Imam – CEO of Raya Foods presented the

launch of the new line of business, Raya Foods, and its

strategy to conquer the frozen food market. Our guest

speaker Denis Doolan, Chief Organizational Excellence for

the Special Olympics International, presented motivational

presentation on the challenges facing the Special Olympics

athletes and how they overcome these challenges and turn

them to inspirational success stories for leading change

including ourselves and the business. As Raya is always

keen to contribute to the society, the Corporate Social

Responsibility presented the projects and achievements

that were done throughout the year by the dedicated

employees of Raya. Finally, the winners of the Raya Values

Program across Raya group were recognized; highlighting

their extraordinary efforts and performance. The winners

of the Wall of Fame were announced; Tamer Badrawy CEO

Ostool and Ahmed Farouk Raya’s Senior Director, Finance

were chosen for their achievements for the past years

towards Raya group.

ECHO Make Your Voice ECHO To Tomorrow

Raya believes that the equation

Employees + Communication + Hard

Work = Output is the core of the Employee

Engagement. Raya Holding had launched

its first Employee Engagement Survey in

August 2017; the main purpose of the

survey is to measure how employees are

engaged with their work. The survey also

is a platform for the employees to voice

out their opinions. Engaged employees

are more motivated and fulfilled than

non-engaged employees, engagement

translates in more output and willingness

to go the extra mile for the organization.

By conducting this survey, Raya was able

to identify the key aspects that need

development to always ensure Raya

positive culture of engaged workforce is

at its highest level as we only accept to

be the best. Not only that, but to pinpoint

strategies and quick win opportunities

to increase the productivity inside Raya.

With the participation of the employees,

Raya had achieved 45% response

across all Lines of Business thus making

the sample valid. To encourage the

employees to do the survey a roadshow

was done to the different sites both

inside Cairo and outside to spread

awareness of the ECHO campaign. The

plan is to start work on more employee

engagement activities and initiatives

over the course of the next year and to

do another survey again in 2019 to see

the progress.

Interview

Q: Tell us about yourself.A: I’ve spent most of my career in

the Human Resources field, starting

back in 1993, in the hotel industry.

As a holder of a bachelor degree

in Hotel Management in 1987 I

commenced my career in the industry

that my studies were focused on.

Later, I got my Master degree from

the American University in Cairo in

Public Administration in 1997. Then, I

moved to the banking industry for 10

years where I led a major reform and

transformation industry in The Central

Bank of Egypt (CBE) and The United

Bank. Then, I joined Raya in 2012 to

lead the Human Resources function in

the Holding company.

Q: Congratulations on launching Rise, can you tell us more about this new venture?A: The idea of graduate program has

been implanted in different corporates

around the world for some time now,

and Raya starting Rise program was

a much-needed step. The goal of the

program is to simply inject new and

fresh blood into Raya’s work force.

Our plan is to hire tomorrow’s agents

of change to gain in-depth exposure

in varied functions and work within

the departments that best match

their skills, potential and personality

traits.

Q: Tell us more about the selection process of Rise program. A: Rise program 2017 was launched

with 4 different tracks: Human

Resources, Project Management,

Finance, and Business Development.

Rise is based on a specialized program

strategy, where the candidates gets

to focus on a specific field for a year

and gets exposed to the function of

their choice within different lines of

business. Tracks are chosen based on

the need of each line of business and

each candidate gets a rotation plan to

insure maximum exposure throughout

the year. The candidates are first

interviewed, and then assessed, and

finally they present to a panel to

shortlist the final Riser in every panel.

Q: What do you foresee as the biggest challenge in the program? A: Integrating young fresh graduates

in a company as big as Raya and

giving them solid responsibilities

and expecting the output from

them is the biggest challenge. Such

challenge must be treated with clear

instructions and road map to facilitate

such journey for the risers.

Q: What would you do differently in the second year of Rise?A: The first year was a pilot year for

us and we are quite happy with how

it turned out. For the second year,

I’d implement more ownership inside

the company from the managers’

side when it comes to the learning

plan of the Riser. The Riser must be

exposed to a manager with a solid

development and learning plan that

ensure maximum exposure to the

core operations of each function.

Q: What are your expectations for Rise in the coming few years in terms of growth and outreach?A: We aim to prepare the Risers to be

our future leaders; I can personally

see this programs’ graduates leading

Raya in the near future. This is what

we are aiming to achieve, backed up

by top-notch assessments to select

our candidates and continuously

developing our process is the way

forward.

Rise Graduate Program As part of our people’s strategy is growing

talents and ensuring business sustainability, in

2016 Raya launched the 1st round for recruiting

for Rise graduate program. Raya’s “Rise” program

is an opportunity for enthusiastic talents, with

maximum 2 years of experience, to gain in-depth

exposure in varied functions and work within the

departments that best match their skills, potential

and personality traits. During 2017 the “Risers”

rotated while working on stretch assignments,

after every rotation the Risers are evaluated and

will be land in a final department to start with

in the beginning of 2018. Our goal is to develop

our leaders for the future and expand growth

possibilities to both Raya and “Risers” in the

different functions.

Out of 300 applicants we accepted 6 Risers in

different tracks; Business Development, Finance,

Human Resources & Program Management. The

Risers either rotated in functions within their track

in the different Lines of Business to get a flavor

of the diversity of industries or they rotated in

different functions to get solid knowledge about

a certain business. The program proved to be

successful in introducing a rotational program

that resulted in an accumulation of hands-on

know how.

BariQ5 Years Of Organic Growth

Recent Capital ExpenditureIn the recent months, BariQ has invested in several projects

targeting the improvement of the machinery productivity

and availability, better quality of the final product that will

ultimately lead to less product costs (mainly the electricity

and water elements of the conversion cost) and increased

revenues and profits while complying with Egyptian as

well as international laws and regulations. The produced

quantities are custom made to increase giving BariQ the

opportunity to approach the brand owners.

Additionally, BariQ is also targeting the big market players

of the personal care and cosmetics, and is in the final stages

of the approval process that is expected to be completed

by the end of Q4-2017 with a leading French brand.

equipment is to remove most of the dirt and sand in the

incoming feedstock, in addition to the PVC labels and body

sleeves that account for the main contamination items in

our PET bottles, which has a positive result on the final

product of QPET pellets in terms of better colour, physical

properties, productivity and less contamination levels.

SSP Line - Nitrogen Generator & Pelletizing Unit UpgradeAs part of our commitment to sustain our adopted state-

of-the-art and cutting -edge green technology and being

up-to-date with the worldwide best practices, BariQ

successfully added new upgrades to the SSP production

line.

Our Austrian technology supplier Starlinger completed

the installation of the required upgrades along with BariQ

team. The upgrades will improve the final product quality

as well as increasing the energy efficiency of the process,

enabling us to offer the most updated products and

services.

These include upgrading the Pelletizing Unit reducing the

particle size of the final product, and installing a Nitrogen

Generator replacing the original stream of air. In turn,

this enhanced the quality of our final product in terms of

colour homogeneity, consistency, and stability, with the

smaller particle size very close to virgin PET size which will

generate better and homogenous mix at our customers’

that will have positive effect on production flow and

finished product specs, with higher mixing percentages.

Moreover, the smaller pellets will allow us to maximize

the loading/container, which will affect the overall

transportation and warehousing costs.

Ostool achieves the highest record of retread tires in EgyptOstool received a certificate of achievement for the

highest retread tires record in 2015, 2016 and in the first

half of 2017 in Egypt. The total number of retread tires was

1693 in 2016 and 1220 in the first half of 2017, signifying

42% of the total tire consumption. Retreading tires saves

on money and time, and is an environmentally conscious

practice. The process of retreading tires relies primarily

on keeping track of pressure, retread depth, and the miles

travelled by each tire. When the tire approaches the 3 mm

mark, it is sent to Bridgestone, the retread tire company.

Bridgestone carefully asses the tire condition and starts the

retreading process. The 3 mm tread is assessed physically

and through an ultrasonic technique, and then removed

and replaced with a new 18 mm tread. This process renews

the tire so that it operates at full capacity.

A process not yet adopted by many companies in Egypt,

retreading adds almost 70% additional time to the life of a

single tire. This process requires extensive follow-up, and a

keen focus that ensures the tires are placed in the correct

positions on the trucks for maximum output. In a country

where tires are burnt after use, retreading massively

benefits the environment and ensures a maximum use of

the available resources.

Out of its leading position in the Egyptian information and

communications technology market, Raya IT -the leading

This year we’ve witnessed the birth of the amazing

Designers’ Boulevard, a new hub for creativity, a creative

experience for innovation enthusiasts, and a center where

prominent Egyptian designers and artists can display their

art work and attain displays for their innovative products.

Designers’ Boulevard is a destination that has a busy

calendar of events ranging from fashion shows and art

exhibitions to music performances. To support a platform

for artists, we had to have a range of ambassadors

representable of such a theme. So far, we are honored

to have Ahmed Azaam, Karim Elhayawan, Ghada Dwaik,

Ghada Wali, Mohamed Khedr , Amna Elshandaweely on

board.

Designers’ Boulevard hosted and continues to host a

range of events revolving around art and innovation. The

Looks fashion exhibition happens to be one of those with

all twelve local designers showcasing their work. Another

event is the Fagnoon spring festival where kids meet an

art experience and spend a joyful day. Moving on, we had

Mohamed Khedr’s Art Exhibitions where 40 renowned

Egyptian artists showcase breathtaking masterpieces

along with a workshop where he supervised artists in a

dynamic art session. Ghada Wali graphic design exhibition

has to come on top of our list as well. We couldn’t leave

photography neglected, so we had the Photography

Exhibition by Salma el Khashef and Haya khairet, which

happened to be a cherry on top for art lovers. Furniture

lovers also had a delight with Ghada Dwaik’s recycling

exhibition and insights about creating products from

scratch. Encouraging future artists and in collaboration

with Fine Art Academy, we hosted the Street Art Exhibition

where graduates featured their graduation projects in a fun

exhibition experience. The Art workshops were definitely

present on the list with the Quick Sketches Workshop by Aly

Roshdy and Collage Workshop by Mourad Darwish all the

way to the Sculpture Workshop by Mariam Makramallah.

On the side of Fashion, we also had Galleria40 Runway

by Cairo Fashion Festival where big fashion names hit the

runway in an unprecedented showcasing way unlike other

fashion experiences. Further collaboration with the Italian

Fashion Academy took place where we hosted theoretical

seminar about fashion communication by Stefania Gulina

followed by a sketching workshop, and finally their fashion

showcase of the academy graduates.

This has been a big year for Raya Smart Buildings, but

definitely just a start with the range of big activations.

With the Buzz that Galleria40 and its Designers Boulevard

is creating, we can only think this is just a start for

engaging our profile clientele and always bringing change

to different fields as retail, art and business.

Before ending the year of 2017, Raya Smart Buildings

has launched Edge Innovation Center, the most premium

finished and furnished workplace in West Cairo. Edge

Designers Boulevard وقد شــهدنا في هذا العام مولد مشــروع؛ وهــو محــور جديــد لإلبــداع لهــواة االبتــكار ومركزًا يســتطيع المصممون والفنانــون عــرض أعمالهــم الفنيــة فيــه والوصــول إلــى معارض تســتقبل وجهــة Designers Boulevard ويعتبــر المبتكــرة، منتجاتهــم مزدحمــة باألحــداث مــن بيــن عــروض الموضــة و الفــن وبيــن العــروض الموســيقية. ومــن أجــل دعــم الفنانيــن المحلييــن، كان علينــا أن نوفــر عدًدا من االشخاص الممثلين لنا في هذا الموضوع، وحتى اآلن، نتشرف بــأن نقــدم عــروض كريــم الحيــوان ،غــادة والــي، محمــد خضــر، أحمد عزام، غــادة دويــك و آمنــة الشــندويلي و معــرض للمصــور رومانــى حافــظ علــى

الفنــي حيــث عــرض 40 فنانــً مصريــً مشــهورًا أعمــاالً فنيــة مذهلــة إلــى جانــب ورشــة عمــل أشــرف فيهــا علــى الفنانيــن فــي جلســة فنية مفعمة بالحيويــة، وبمــا أن هــذا المــكان يضــم عظمــاء الفــن، فيأتــي معــرض غــادة والــي لتصميــم الجرافيــك فــي مقدمــة قائمــة األحــداث لدينــا أيضــً، ولــم نســتطع أن نهمــل التصويــر الفوتوغرافــي، لــذا كان لدينــا معــرض التصوير الفوتوغرافي بقيادة ســلمى الكاشــف وحياة خيرت والذي كان يجذب أنظار محبي الفن، واســتمتع عشــاق األثاث أيضً مع معرض غادة دويــك إلعــادة التدويــر وأفكارهــا البتــكار منتجــات مــن العــدم، كمــا قمنــا باســتضافة -Street Art Exhibition- الــذي عــرض فيــه الخريجــون مشــروعات تخرجهــم فــي تجربــة عــرض ممتعــة، وذلــك بالتعــاون مــع كليــة الفنــون الجميلــة مــن أجــل تشــجيع فنانيــن المســتقبل، وكانــت ورش العمــل الفنيــة موجــودة بــا شــك فــي قائمــة األحــداث؛ حيــث قــدم علــي رشــدي ورشــة عمــل الرســوم التخطيطيــة الســريعة وكذلــك قــدم مــراد درويــش ورشــة عمــل الفــن التصويــري والكــوالج باإلضافة إلى ورشــة

عمــل جميــع أســاليب فــن النحــت التــي قدمتهــا مريــم مكرم اهلل.

Runway Galleria40ًأيضــ لدينــا كان الموضــة، جانــب وعلــى الــذي أقامــه Cairo Fashion Festival حيــث ظهــرت أســماء كبيــرة فــي الموضــة علــى المنصــة بطريقــة عــرض غيــر مســبوقة تختلــف عــن تجــارب عــروض األزيــاء األخــرى، وعــاوة علــى ذلــك، فقــد حــدث تعــاون مــع Italian Fashion Academy؛ حيــث اســتضفنا نــدوة نظريــة عــن

عمــل ورشــة وتبعتهــا جولينــا ســتيفانيا قدمتهــا الموضــة اتصــال للرســم التخطيطــي و فــي النهايــة أقيــم عــرض األزيــاء الخــاص بخريجــي

األكاديميــة.

أعلنــت شــركة رايــة لخدمــات مراكــز االتصــاالت ش.م.م. عــن االنتهــاء مــن المرحلــة الثانيــة مــن التوســعات بموقــع تقديــم خدمــات تعهيــد االعمــال الخــاص بالشــركة المتحــدة، العربيــة اإلمــارات بدولــة ،)DOZ( الخارجــي للتعهيــد دبــي بمدينــة وذلــك مــن خــال شــركة »تيكــوم« TECOM بالمنطقــة الحــرة وذلــك خــال الربــع الثالــث مــن عــام 2017. ويأتــي التوســع الجديــد ليضيــف 160 مقعــد إضافــي يســهم فــي وصولهــا إلــى حوالــي ٣٥0 مقعــد كإجمالــي طاقــة عمــل فــي منطقــة دبــي

وتتمثــل فوائــد تلــك المعــدات فــي امكانيــة إزالــة معظــم األتربــة و الرمــال مــن

ــواردة، باإلضافــة إلــى ملصقــات البولــي فينيــل كلوريــد )PVC( و المــواد الخــام ال

التــي تعــد أحــد الملوثــات لزجاجــات البولــي إيثيليــن تيرفثــاالت )PET( ممــا يؤثــر

بشــكل إيجابــي علــى المنتــج التــام مــن حبيبــات البولــي إيثيليــن تيرفثــاالت مــن

حيــث الحصــول علــى لــون و خــواص فيزيائيــة أفضــل و زيــادة اإلنتاجيــة و تخفيــض

لقد تمنيت دائًما العمل في شركة تسمح لي بإكتساب الخبرات

ج: لقــد قضيــت معظــم حياتــي المهنيــة فــي مجــال

إشــراك الموظفيــن فــي أغســطس 2017 . كان الهــدف

األساســي منــه هــو قيــاس مــدي إدمــاج الموظفيــن فــى

عملهــم. ويمثــل االســتقصاء أيًضــا منصــة للموظفيــن

للتعبيــر عــن آرائهــم. حيــث أن الموظــف المدمــج أكثــر

تحفــًزا وإنجــاًزا مقارنــة بالموظــف غيــر المدمــج، فاإلدمــاج

جهــد بــذل فــي والرغبــة اإلنتــاج زيــادة إلــي يــؤدي

أقيمــت فعاليــات الملتقــي الســنوي لرايــة القابضــة فــي مــارس2017. مــن الجديــر

بالذكــر أنــه حتــي عــام 201٥ كانــت ُتقــدم مجموعــة مــن الفعاليــات االفتتاحيــة التــي

يجتمــع فيهــا جميــع موظفــي رايــة مًعــا. ومــع ذلــك، نظــرا لتنوعنــا والعــدد المتزايــد

مــن الموظفيــن أصبــح إقامــة حــدث واحــد يشــكل أمــًرا صعًبــا، وبنــاًء علــى ذلــك،

منــذ عــام 2001، تكــرم رايــة كل عــام موظفيهــا المتميزيــن خــال العــام فــي رحلــة

رايــة للمتميزيــن، حيــث ُيمنــح الموظفــون األعلــى أداًء مــن جميــع شــركات رايةرحًلــة

إلــى بلــد خــارج مصــر مــن أجــل تحفيزهــم وتقديــر أداءهــم وجهودهــم. وفــي عــام

قــرون عديــدة، ُعرفــت النمســا بطبيعتهــا الســحرية بفضــل مدينــة ســالزبورغ،

لرؤيــة كامــل ليــوم ســالزبورغ إلــى الذهــاب بفرصــة الموظفــون حظــي وقــد

الملتقــى الســنوي للمديريــن هــي حــدث لمــدة يوميــن تجتمــع فيــه اإلدارة العليــا،

مــن رئيــس مجلــس اإلدارة وحتــى كبــار المديريــن، مــن جميــع شــركات رايــة مــن

أجــل توحيــد وجهتهــم والتــدرب علــى موضــوع محــدد ممــا يتيــح الفرصــة أمامهــم

لتبــادل المعلومــات والتــدرب بصــورة أفضــل. وُأقيــم هــذا الحــدث فــي فنــدق فــور

ســيزونز بســان ســتيفانو بمدينــة اإلســكندرية. تتمثــل رؤيــة رايــة فــي أن »تصبــح

رائــًدة أيــا كان الســوق الــذي تعمــل بــه«، وهــو مــا دفعهــا الختيــار »قيــادة التغييــر

جــودة التعليــم فــي مصــر مــن مؤتمــر »معلــم« الــذي عقــد فــي ســبتمبر الماضــي

ــى ــة( وهــ ــة المصريــ ــي البورصــ ــم Raya.CA فــ ــل اســ ــي تحمــ ــة )التــ ــة القابضــ ــن رايــ تعلــمجموعــــة شــــركات اســــتثمارية تديــــر محفظــــة متنوعــة مــــن االســــتثمارات نتائجهــا الماليــة المجمعــــة للربع الثالث مــــن عــــام 2017؛ وأوردت فــــي تقريرهــــا أنهــــا حققــــت إيــرادات إجماليــة موحــــدة تبلــــغ 4.807.4 مليــــون جنيــــه مصــــري بزيــــادة 21.٣ % عــــن الربع الثالث مــــن عــــام 2016، كمــــا حققــــت إجمالــــي أربــــاح بمقــدار 874.4 مليــون جنيــه مصــري، بزيــادة 60.4 مقارنــة بالربع الثالث مــــن عــــام 2016، وبلغــــت األربــــاح قبــــل دفــع الفوائــد والضرائــــب واإلهاك 421.٩ مليــون جنيــــه مصــــري بزيــــادة 86.7% عــــن الربــع الثالــث مــــن عــــام 2016 وبلــــغ صافــــى الدخــــل بعــــد خصــــم الضرائــــب وحصــــة األقليــــة 4٩.6 مليــــون جنيــــه مصــــري بانخفــــاض قــــدره ٩.6 % علــــى

مــــدى الربــع الثالــث مــــن عــــام 2016.

األداء المالي لقطاعات األعمال المختلفة للمجموعة:

ارتفعــــت نســــبة إجمالــي إيــرادات قطــاع البيــع والتوزيــع بنســــبة 2.4% لتبلــغ 2812.6 مليــــون جنيــــه مصــــري مقارنــــة بمبلــــغ 2746.4 مليــــون جنيًه مصرًيــــا فــــي الربع الثالث مــــن عــــام 2016، وارتفــــع إجمالــــي األربــــاح بنســــبة 44.٩ ليصــــل إلــــى ٣64.8 مليــــون جنيــــه مصــري، مــع زيــادة هامــش الربــح اإلجمالــي بنســبة ٣.8 نقطــة مئويــة ليصبــح 1٣ بعــد أن كان 2.٩%.

ارتفعــت نســبة إجمالــي إيــرادات قطــاع نظــم المعلومــات بنســــبة 44.٥% لتبلــــغ 84٩.٣ مليــــون جنيــــه مصــــري مقارنــــة بمبلــــغ ٥87.٩ مليــــون جنيــًه مصرًيــــا فــــي الربــع الثالــث مــــن عــام 2016، وارتفــع إجمالــي األربــاح بنســبة 88.4 ليصــل إلــى 118.٣ مليــون جنيــه مصــري، مــع زيــــادة هامــــش الربــــح اإلجمالــــي بنســــبة ٣.2 نقطــــة مئويــة ليصبــــح 1٣.٩ بعــد أن كان %10.7.

ارتفعــت نســبة إجمالــي إيــرادات قطــاع خدمــات مراكــز االتصــاالت بنســــبة 70.8 % لتبلــــغ ٥٥٥.1 مليــــون جنيــــه مصــــري مقارنــــة بمبلــــغ ٣24.٩ مليــــون جنيــًه مصرًيــــا فــــي الربــع الثالــث

مــــن عــــام 2016، وارتفــــع إجمالــــي األربــاح بنســبة ٩0.1% ليصــــل إلــــى 247.٩ مليــــون جنيــــه مصــــري، مــــع زيــــادة هامــــش الربــــح اإلجمالــــي بنســبة ٥.4

نقطــــة مئويــــة ليصبــــح 44.7 بعــــد أن كان %40.1.

ارتفعــت نســبة إجمالــي إيــرادات قطــاع المبانــي الذكيــة بنســــبة 101.1 لتبلــــغ 40.1 مليــــون جنيــــه مصــــري مقارنــــة بمبلــــغ 1٩.8 مليــــون جنيــًه مصرًيــــا فــــي الربــع الثالــث مــــن عــــام 2016،

وارتفــــع إجمالــــي األربــــاح ليصــــل إلــى )11.0( مليــــون جنيــه مصــري.

بالســوق، وهــو عــام يمثــل عامــة فخــر بــارزة لشــركة رايــة القابضــة. إننــا نؤمــن دائمــً

بــأن التنــوع أمــر أساســي، فهــو يجعلنــا علــى صلــة وثيقــة بعوامــل النمــو والتقــدم

ويحثنــا عليهــم. إننــا نواصــل االسترشــاد برســالتنا لتمكيــن كل فــرد وكل خــط

وبفضــل الحوافــز التــي قدمتهــا لنــا الحكومــة المصريــة لزيــادة الصناعــة المحليــة،

اســتثمرنا هــذا العــام أكثــر مــن ٥00 مليــون جنيــه مصــري فــي خطــوط األعمــال

القائمــة والجديــدة. فهدفنــا خلــق المزيــد مــن فــرص العمــل والتأثيــر اإليجابــي فــي

مجتمعنــا. ولقــد أدركنــا هــذا العــام حاجــة الســوق لتوفيــر وســائل انتقــال صغيــرة

ــر ــة فــي الطــرق الضيقــة والغي الحجــم لمســاعدة النــاس فــي انتقاالتهــم اليومي

ممهــدة. لذلــك انشــأنا »رايــة للصناعــات المتطــورة« هــي الخــط األحــدث مــن األعمــال

والــذي يعــد بتوفيــر وســائل انتقــال أســهل إلــى األســواق المصريــة واإلفريقيــة. إننــا

صامــدون بقــوة أمــام التحديــات والصعوبــات المحتملــة للعــام القــادم، حيــث قــد

نواجــه ضغوطــات ســيولة نقديــة بعــد هــذه االســتثمارات الكبيــرة. ويدعمنــا فــي

هــذا الصمــود ثقتنــا التــي ال شــك فيهــا فــي أعمالنــا وأدواتنــا المتقدمــة ومواهــب

فريقنــا اإلبداعيــة. نحــن نثــق أننــا قــادرون علــى إدارة نفقاتنــا وتنميــة اســتثماراتنا

مــن مبهــر عــام المعلومــات لتكنولوجيــا رايــة حققــت نفســه، الوقــت وفــي

اإلنجــازات، وأسســت شــركة رايــة فــودز خــط إنتــاج حديــث إلنتــاج األطعمــة بعــد

االســتحواذ علــى مصنــع إلنتــاج وتوزيــع الفواكــه المجمــدة والخضــروات. يعمــل

المصنــع بمعــدات عاليــة الجــودة وفًقــا إلجــراءات أعمــال فائقــة الجــودة إلنتــاج بضائــع

تلبــي معاييــر الصــادرات. واليــوم نفخــر برؤيــة منتجاتنــا تدخــل األســواق األجنبيــة

مثــل األســواق األوروبيــة واآلســيوية. وكان لرايــة لمراكــز اتصــاالت عاًمــا مذهــًا آخــر

حيــث حققنــا مســتوى جديــًدا مــن النجــاح والنضــج لمركــز االتصــاالت بعــد ادراج

الشــركة ضمــن شــركات البورصــة المصريــة. واليــوم، نفخــر بشــدة بأننــا أنشــأنا

شــركة حقيقيــة متعــددة الجنســيات تعمــل وفقــً لمعاييــر الحوكمــة والشــركات

المســاهمة العالميــة.

كمــا نفخــر بنمــو شــركة »أمــان للدفــع اإللكترونــي« علــى مــدار العــام الماضــي

لتصبــح أحــد أكبــر شــركات الدفــع اإللكترونــي فــي مصــر. كمــا زاد عــدد متاجــر أمــان

للخدمــات الماليــة اليــوم ليصبــح 100 متجــرًا، ولدينــا المزيــد مــن خطــط التوســع

لتوطيــد وجودنــا بالســوق.

علــى رايــة لشــركة الصلبــة التحتيــة البنيــة تعتمــد دائًمــا، الحــال هــو وكمــا

تمكيــن الموظفيــن مــن معاملــة هــذه الشــركة كشــركتهم الخاصــة. ونصيحتــي

لموظفينــا هــو التركيــز علــى التعليــم والتدريــب واالســتفادة مــن المــوارد المتاحة،
