First youll open the Presentation Companion by clicking on the Training Games tab as picture above. Its always there when you open PowerPoint! Click through this presentation at your own pace.

Selecting multiple files. You can even select multiple slides to insert by holding down the Ctrl key when you click the mouse on a slide. Here the instructor is inserting a fun Hidden Word Mini Game and a Prize Selector Wheel for the game winners!

Keep source formatting. Our slides are graphically enhanced so check here to retain our design formats or uncheck the box to match the format of the presentation your inserting slides into.

Changing slide size. Heres an easy way to change your entire presentation from Standard to Widescreen view. This trainer has inserted animated and Voice Enhanced MC question slides into their presentation and later will insert a scoreboard slide to award points for each teams correct response!

Inserting slides(s). What could be easier! After choosing a new slide, click on any slide location within your presentation, then click the Insert Slide(s) button to place the newly selected slide just below it.
