    Confusion of Being

    Hi, my name isMarcus

I told you in the last program that Im just an ordinary type of guy living a normal life. I

guess you would say Im middle class, doing OK for myself, basically average right

across the board. ow, I !now Im slightly better loo!ing than average, but otherwise Im

just totally average. Im a common guy, a commoner, a member of the "ouse of

    #ommons.

$oday, I thin! Im peculiar. Other people thin! Im peculiar. %ut, bac! then I was nothing

special. &y mom thin!s Im something special, but thats my mom. Id also li!e to thin!

that my wife thin!s Im something special, but I !now that shes only legally re'uired to

li!e me because of our marriage contract.

( few years ago, Im this normal, ordinary guy competing li!e all of you for the common

wealth. I had a business where I bred falcons, haw!s, eagles, owls, vultures and sold

them to people all over the world. It was a farming operation of livestoc!, but in my

case, people thin! of them as wild)life animals as opposed to domestic animals.

$hen, one day, new laws are passed*legislation*and I now need a license to !eep all

my birds. Its the law. ow, being dumb as a bo+ of roc!s, I react to this li!e Im

supposed to. "ey, this isnt right, I thin! I will protest. "ow can my government pass apublic law regarding my private property. Of course, today, I can thin! clearly and I can

see things. $oday, I thin! rather than react. %ut, I need to tell the story as it happened

    then.

-o, I thought my birds were my private property. ou see, I wor!ed hard. I contributed

to society. I paid my ta+es. I paid my share and then whats left is my commission for

wor!ing, my disposable income to do with as I please, at my pleasure. -o, instead of

buying maybe a $V or a snowmobile or whatever people buy with their money, I bought

falcons and haw!s. I could never have a bird from the wild. $here was no harvest. $he

birds in the wild are public resources and they are vested here in #anada in what iscalled the crown and there are rules about that and if there is any use or consumption

of them you pay a fee for it and they are regulated. I could never have any. /ven the

birds that had a bro!en wing or sic! or injured and couldnt survive in the wild. 0ust !ill

them, cant have them. I could have bred from them and made them useful, but no cant

have them. -o, I went and bought my own birds. -o, my birds are not a public resource

because they didnt come from the wild.

$hen the law changed and I read the new law and it says, no, your birds are the same

as the birds in the wild. &y red)tailed haw!, my snowy owl, my bald eagle*.no

difference in the law with my birds and one flying out in the wild. -o, now its against the

law to have these birds. esterday it was legal. $oday its illegal. $he law says no

person shall !eep any of these birds of prey in captivity e+cept under the authority of a

license. -o, now I have to apply for a license to !eep what I thought was my property.

    Its the law.

ow, you cant just go get a license. ou cant just say Id li!e to have a license to !eep

whats mine. o, no, you have to beg for it. ou have to plead. ou have to re'uest.

ot only that, you have to pay a fee for that. -o, if I want to !eep the fruits of my labour

years of wor!, sacrifice, I have to beg to !eep it. I have to pay a fee to !eep it. It may be

approved, it may not be approved. If I dont get the license, I lose everything. I guess

the owner comes and ta!es them. Im not sure at this point, how this wor!s.

-o, you see, yesterday what was right, today is only just a privilege. It is no longer right

to !eep birds of prey. 1hen I e+plain to you what a license is you will understand. $his

is coming a little further in the programs.

ow that it is a licensed activity, I need permission to do what is illegal. ow there is a

public interest in my activities and what I have. (nyone can complain about my activities

now and my facility was open to the public for demonstrations and so forth. -o now

anybody, who doesnt !now anything about birds, can come in and complain. $hey have

an interest in my birds, in my facility. (nd then the complaints start to come in. Onceyou get so many complaints coming in, founded or unfounded, were not renewing your

license. $his is how its done.

ou see, if you have a beautiful facility and youve spent millions and millions of dollars

on the care of your animals, how people thin! an animal should be ta!en care of, then

the animal is healthy. If your facility doesnt loo! very good Im not saying my facility

didnt loo! good but people can complain about whatever3 then they thin! your animals

arent healthy. One has nothing to do with the other. Its only public perception.

-o, this is how you are strangled until you die. $his is how things are shut down. 0ust to

implement an outright ban and cease all your property would be too obvious. 4eople

would start to wa!e up to this. -o it has to be done in a slow, gradual way until it seems

normal. %y the way, my ta+ contributions, what I contributed to society, well thats what

everyone decides they are going to do with that money. -o, they would use that money

for some good and upright purpose or organi5ation li!e studying why a polar bear is

    3/16

white or how the red)headed woodpec!er got its name and somebody will do their

thesis on that and get a doctorate. -o thats how this is done.

-o, now my private property is being regulated by the public, but the public doesnt

come over and feed or care for my birds. et they have a say in all of it. -ome

committee, some city, some office dont li!e what youre doing, these are the

regulations, this is how you have to do it. If I have a loss, its not their loss, yet they have

a say in all of it. -o, if I cannot have these birds without as!ing permission and care for

them as I please, then I guess I do not own them, do I6

(nd, of course, Im still confused. I dont !now how this all wor!s.Yet, we are told

about homeownership and owning your car outright after 48 easy payments. I did

not now this at the time, but these are damn lies. Yet we belie!e it.

-o, Im thin!ing this is not right. $his is wrong. "eaven !nows, its legal. -o, I wasplaying by the rules and now the rules changed. Over 78 years into the game, the rules

are just changed. $his is cheating. ou cant just change rules half)way through a

game. $hats not fair. $hin! about it. ou do all this wor! and labour and ma!e

sacrifices which have all become in vain because the rules have changed. "ow would

you feel6 1hat would you do6 ou see this going on in society every single day and

people just loo! at it and go well, thats awful, hes lost everything, hes got no career

any more, whats he going to do, hows he going to survive and no one e!er reali"es

    what the real problem is.

-o, you would say you are a cheater. I thin! you would want to start this game overagain and this time you !now something, a secret, I wont be confused. $his time I wont

be deceived. $his time Im ready for you. %ut how do you start this game over again *.

    In there lies the solution.

%ut, bac! to the story. o one can help me. 1hat do I do6 I can beg or I can refuse to

pay. &y lawyer cant help me. $he court cant help me. &y member of parliament, my

    representative, my priest, 4rime &inister, 9ueen, 4ope, my mother*nobody can help

    me.

-o, one day Im in the lawyers office and the lawyer tells me, well, its the law: the only

thing you can do is lobby the government, go and beg, you are a registered beggar, are

you not. "e didnt say it 'uite li!e that, but thats what he meant. "e can see that Im

trying to play lawyer. Im trying to understand the law. I dont !now anything about the

law li!e nobody else does. I dont even !now why somebody obeys something they

dont understand. -o, he gives me a boo! on property law. "ere you are, you poor little

dumb idiot, go home and read that and let me do what I need to do for you.

    4/16

-o, I read it and of course its all gooble gun! to me and I return it in a day or two and

while Im in the front waiting area of this law office, a senior lawyer he !nows me and

he !nows whats going on and he can see that Im upset about this3 he says something

    to me thats 'uite shoc!ing.

$his is what he said. "e said #You do not own anything Marcus, not in this country

    you don$t.%

(nd I thought ;oh, I didnt !now that, I wonder who else !nows that

must have been a crime committed here. 1hy would all these police officers be

    standing here.

-o, I as! them some 'uestions about my birth certificate and he doesnt really !now the

answers to these. "e says you have to see a #ommissioner. -o, I said ;Id li!e to see

    a #ommissioner

-o, Im loo!ing at my birth certificate and at the very bottom of the birth certificate it says

    ;#anadian %an! ote< and I thought this must be a #anadian %an! ote and what do

you do with a %an! ote, well its redeemable to bearer, I guess. -o, I as! her, ;my birth

bac! and I said ;you can as! all you li!e< and I turned bac! to the glass, the girl was

gone. -o, I tapped on the glass again, she comes bac!: by now Im sort of flustered and

I as!ed her a couple more 'uestions and then I left. (s I left, the police officer is

standing up against the wall and I said ;so, you were going to throw me out of here for

given full disclosure to what I was doing or gave any informed consent. $his is what all

    these people say.

1ell, you were given full disclosure but you didnt !now where it was or if you did, you

rejected it. 1ell get to that later.

ow you need to thin! what are the effects of this happening. Bemember, the events

are recorded. It happened. &aybe this is where the saying comes from when you say

someone is certifiable, meaning theyre nuts.

$hen one day, a little while later, I see in a big major newspaper an advertisement from

the Ontario &inistry of >overnment -ervices advertising their birth certificates. #ome

and buy one. %e one of us.

(Toronto Sun newspaper Ad for Birth Certificates without the Labour)

    It says ;%irth #ertificates without the @abour

  • 8/13/2019 Confusion Programs - 2 - Confusion of Being(transcript)

    12/16

You see, there was no labour in!ol!ed in the birth of this being. our %irth

#ertificate is the birth of a being, but there was no labour involved in that birth, not li!e

your real birth. In this case the labour comes after the birth. Bemember I told you, the

tric!, the swindle cannot wor! without you. It would have no value.

-o, I also learned that when you use your %irth #ertificate as identification, you are only

purporting to be this birthed being. I dont even !now what purporting means, but I got

that off a notari5ed copy of a birth certificate.

-o, what does purporting mean. It means ha!e the often specious appearance of

being, intending, or claiming. /o, you ha!e the appearance of it.

0/pecious$ means plausible but false, based on pretense) decepti!ely pleasing.

    * synonym of /pecious is 0/purious$. /purious means, intended to decei!e.

-o, when you got yourself a %irth #ertificate, you are intending to deceive somebody.

/very time you use that document you are deceiving, your intention is to deceive.

( little while later, Im going through these records called ;"ansard Becordseneral,

who loo!s after all these documents in the Vital -tatistics (ct. $hey were amending the

Vital -tatistics (ct, and of course, she has her lawyer with her. -he doesnt !nowanything, only the lawyer !nows how this wor!s, and members of parliament as!ed this

lawyer, how does someone become eligible to have a %irth #ertificate. (nd the answer

she gave was this was a lady lawyer3 ;we have a formula to calculate it but I cant tell

you what the formula is or how its done. -o, it must be one of those top)secret things.

/ven our members of parliament, the people who go there to spea! for us, they cant

    !now this. Its a secret.

ow, Ive seen on a number of these -tatements of %irth, I see numbers down the side,

li!e someone is mar!ing a test or doing some calculation or tabulation or grading

system. I wonder what thats all about. (nother strange thing.

-o, the more I learn, the less I !now. Very confused now, what does all this have to do

    with the law.

/o, you don$t own anything. You are a professional beggar. Your birth certificate

is not you. /omeone doesn$t want you to now things. Your ser!ants are sworn

  • 8/13/2019 Confusion Programs - 2 - Confusion of Being(transcript)

    13/16

to some sort of secrecy. Members of parliament cannot now some things. 1hat

    the hell is going on2

Im starting to feel li!e Im in some !ind of conspiracy movie. It doesnt matter who I tell

this stuff to. I mean, if you believe my story, its true, it happened. If you dont believe it,

so what, it doesnt matter. $he truth is it happened. (ll of this stuff actually happened.

-o, now let me tell you what happens when you dont !now how things wor! and you

thin! I dont want to be involved in this anymore. -o, let me tell you what happens when

you dont own anything and you refuse to be a beggar, to beg for a privilege from the

owner. I had birds for over 78 years, a lifelong wor! and labour. -omething I labored for

for my family, their security and so forth. esterday it was legal, today its illegal unless I

beg and as! for a privilege and pay money for it, a fee. 4lease can I !eep my birds, I

mean %oss, 4lease can I !eepa ma birds. $hey tell you, fill out an application, maybe

we will approve it, maybe we wont. 1ell let you !now. %ut I wor!ed my whole life forthis. $oo bad, its the law. -o, heres the answer.

$hey come with a -wat $eam. $hey paint their faces li!e Indians on the warpath, with

loaded machine guns. $hey threaten to taser you if you dont !neel down in front of

them. $hey loc! you in a cage and then they ta!e all your birds. "undredsD I had

hundreds of thousands of dollars in birds when I stopped begging. $hese birds have

been given free of charge to other people. $hey did nothing for them. $hey werent

auctioned off. 4eople from the public didnt have to buy them. o, just here you can

have them, breed them, sell them, whatever, they are yours now. "ere you go, good

beggar, here is your reward for begging properly.

If I had tried to resist at all, they would have !illed me. Im serious. Im not jo!ing about

this. I would be dead right now. 4eople who have strong beliefs !ill for them. ou have

to be very careful around them. ow, this doesnt get reported in a newspaper. o. $his

will never pass the legal department.

ou see, its li!e Im sitting at the dinner table one night with my wife and we have some

friends over for dinner and I turn to my wife and I say Carling, could I please &arcus

bends head down and covers it with arms and hands protecting himself3 have some

more potatoes6< 1hat do my friends thin!6 $hey thin! that if I as! for a little bit more

food to eat, my wife hits me. -hes a husband beater. $his is why they come with the

    -wat $eam. I mean, I have a bird. -o what6 -o, I got a few birds. %ut, when they come

with the -wat $eam, its li!e well, this guy must be dangerous: why would we go with

the -wat $eam: he must have guns: hes going to !ill us: why would we go with the

-wat $eam: why would we raid the place with 78 -wat guys6 ou see, this is to ma!e

you thin! things that arent even true and nobody !nows anything about that.

  • 8/13/2019 Confusion Programs - 2 - Confusion of Being(transcript)

    14/16

(nyways, thats all the woe is me Im going to tell you about the story. -o now you are

probably thin!ing to yourself well, surely theyd have to compensate me for that: you

just cant lose everything, can you, or you didnt obey the law, what did you e+pect6

1ell, I dont !now what you are tal!ing about. ou see, I dont own anything and neither

    do you.

ow, you may not believe all this but believe me, its a fact. #ouldnt happen in your

country. Of course it will happen in your country, believe me, its a fact. 1ho cares

about this6 o oneD 1ho will help you6 o oneD $here has to be more to the story.

eah, theres a little bit more to the story but everything Ive told you is absolutely true.

-o, this is how my story began. ( true story. (re you able to figure out what my problem

    is yet6 I told you.

!ery problem you will e!er ha!e in life is the result of owning no property. %ut, I

had no idea about that bac! then.

-o, now we need to loo! at what it means to own property. I did not !now this when I

began, but I do now. -o what does it mean to own property6

3roperty is the Holy rail of 5aw.

3roperty is always in the custody of the law.

3roperty is a peculiar 6meaning one$s own7 right in lands and chattels to thee-clusion of all others. It is the sole and despotic dominion which a man

e-ercises o!er the things of the world to the e-clusion of the right of any other

    indi!idual.

&o own property, means that you ha!e the e-clusi!e possession use, control,

management and disposal of the thing to the e-clusion of all others .. it is a

    peculiar right.

3eculiar9 one$s own, e-clusi!ely yours. +o other man can tell you what to do with

what is yours. &his is the foundation of all 5*1'

;1hoever owns it can rule over it6< +ow you understand how important it would be

to own property.%ut, who wants to be peculiar6 1e thin! of peculiar as someone

weird, strange. -o some people thin! Im a peculiar man. 1ell, Im certainly not

common. ot anymore. %eing peculiar is good if you want to own anything If you own

    15/16

something, you have the e+clusive right to regulate it. @i!e I said in the Introduction

Video, we have all been deceived into abandoning our %irthright.

Our inheritance is in our birthright and our property is in our inheritance. 1ithout

property, you can have no liberty. 1hy6 1ithout property you have no need of

dominion. ou own nothing to have dominion over. /verything you thin! you own must

be borrowed or by using it from someone else. ( borrower is always a servant to the

lender and a borrower is always the user and using what is not yours re'uires you to

ta!e interest in what is not yours. $his is called usury. 4eople thin! usury just has to do

with money. o, its more than that.

(lso, if you do not own anything then anything you have must come from the trust of the

owner or you stole it from the owner. $here is no other choice. ow, if you do not own

anything, then neither does the guy ne+t door. obody owns anything. 1ho then owns

    everything6 $his is a good 'uestion, dont you thin!6

#an the owner ta!e bac! anything I have at any time6 $his is a serious 'uestionD

"ow could you ever plan for the future with this uncertainty hanging over you6 #ould

everything Ive wor!ed for, laboured for, actually come to be in vain6 I wonder if I own

    my life. #ould someone legally !ill me6 #an someone legally sterili5e me6 #an

someone legally inject me with drugs6 #an someone legally put a dog collar on

my leg and ma!e me stay in my house6 #an someone legally tell me I cannot spea! to

or even see my children6 #an my children be legally ta!en away from me and given to

someone else6 I cant even !now where they are6 1hat could be more important in life

    than this6

I can tell you that whate!er misery or problem you are ha!ing or will e!er ha!e.

&his is the :uestion you ha!e to e-plore and find the answer to. &HI/ I/ I&' !ery

problem you ha!e e!er had or e!er will ha!e is because you own no property.

You see, right now, whene!er there is some regulation about anything, you ;ust

say to yourself 0It$s the 5aw.$

/veryone is scared of the law. $heres going to be a penalty if you dont obey the law.

%ut, nobody even !nows what the law is or how the law is made. It never occurred to

you that you do not own anything. 1hy6 %ecause you were told that you do own things,

but it is a lie. $hats a damn lie. ou see, being told a lie is fraud. ou believe you own

something when in fact, you dont.

+ow I will admit that when you ha!e or hold something that is not regulated, it will

feel lie you own it, but you do not. &his is the e-act thing that woe me up. *nd it

    should wae you up too.

/+plaining why you own no property is comple+, but it will become apparent as we go

on. I will be giving you all the facts and evidence and proof and many e+amples to prove

to you that you own no property. %asically, anything you could ever go to court for

means you dont own it. If you can go to court because someone slandered you, thats

proof that you do not own your name. ot even your nameD If you can go to court to get

custody of your own child, its not your child. ou do not own it.

1hen I finally reveal to you who owns everything in #anada or the F.-., as a matter of

%ac! to my story now, to finish it.

-o, now Im about two years into my 'uest, completely confused. I !now nothing. %ut, in

my 'uest, two things stic! out in my mind that seem relevant somehow. $hese twothings are words, just plain, ordinary, every)day words and this concept of >od. eah,

    >od. 1hats >od all about6 ow, Im by no means a religious man, but I can tell you

that these two concepts led to all my discoveries. But, not in the way you may thin'

1e are trained to thin! about words and >od in a certain way. (s we proceed, youre

going to learn that nothing you do in life has anything to do with >od, even you religious

people. %ut, why then, are there references to >od in courts, on money, in constitutional

documents, in law, politics * its everywhere. (nd the problem Im having with words is

that I cant ma!e heads or tail of what words even mean. $he more I learn the more I

    get confused.

-o, to you, this is all just a story. Its a true story. (nd youre thin!ing, well if this is all

true, then theres got to be a good reason for it*.something I dont !now, something he

doesnt !now, whatever. awD I told you I was going to tell you things that are

unbelievable and believe me, Ive only just begun.

In the ne+t video I will tal! about 1OBC-... 0ust plain every day ordinary words. (fter

watching this video, you may want to slow down how fast you can read.

&ill then........... My name is Marcus.
