Check List Before u apply (or) conform your registration for
Convocation/OD on online.
1. Soft Copy of a Digital Passport size Photograph should be
between 100-200 KB.
2. Soft Copy of a Proof of Identity size should be between
100-200 KB.
3. Soft Copy of Provisional Certificate size should be between
200-300 KB.
4. Entering The Provisional Certificate NUMBER (Number that is
above the serial no of PC) is mandatory.
Step Wise Procedure to apply for convocation by

Step 1 : Go to http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocation/
Step 2 : Register as a student by clicking on Register .
Step 3 : Now u will be promoted to next page where u need to
give your Hall ticket no/Roll no (Should be inCapital Letters).
Click on submit button after u enter the Hall ticket no/Roll
no.
Step 4
U will get a Student Registration form, where u need to furnish
details given in the page. After filling theform click on
Register

Step 5
You will get all the details which u had entered so that u can
verify them & take a print ofthe details for future usage. You
can click on Return To Login which can be seen on the righthand
bottom of the web page.

Step 6
Now u will return to the main convocation page. Select the radio
button Student then enteryour hall ticket number as your username
& password (Which u had given at the time ofregistration) then
click on Login
If u had forgot the password then click on forgot password &
enter your hallticket/roll no so that u canretrieve it.
Step 7
As soon as u login u will be promoted to the page where u need
to upload the digital image of PC (Scannedcopy of PC).
Instructions for Uploading Digital Provisional Certificatea) The
PC should be in color and The size of PC should be between 200-300
KB only.
b) Upload PC in JPEG/JPG format Only.

Click on Submit after u choose file.
Step 8
Select Radio button In-Convocation now as shown in below image.
At this point u can even edit theregisteration details.
Step 9
You will be redirected to the page where a message will be
displayed as shown in the below image. So, bythis your conformation
for convocation is done.
Click on Logout to exit the convocation page. Do remember the
User id & password until u get the OD.
