I would attempt the resolve the conflict by addressing it to the individual who apposes the particular topic of discussion. I would start by asking, “What is your rational of apposing the viewpoints of the group and why do you appose the discussion or comments made by the team? Lastly, I would ask the individual and the other team member, what could we as a team do receive an “A” for our project and what type of compromises can be done for our next assignment to prevent conflicts in the future.
