O President/VP speakO Short and sweet

O New BusinessO My “Trick;” Power to the Parliamentarian

O Announcements O Always end on a positive note!

TricksO Utilize Surveys: Pass surveys around or

place them at the front table of the meeting.

O Parliamentarian: Should run the meeting during old and new business

O Tabling a Motion: Don’t do it unless absolutely necessary.

O Have a “Pusher”: Someone who makes motions to vote and move on

O Google Calendar: Set it up and update it so every brother can access when events are 24/7
