For over twenty years, the Conflict Management Certificate Program has been equipping participants with tools to better manage conflict in professional, personal, and community settings. CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND MEDIATION CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS

Each completed workshop is recognized with a Certificate of Participation. Individuals who want to complete a full Conflict Management and Mediation certificate must attend minimum of 19 days of instruction, which includes six days of core content. Workshops may be taken in any order, although there are some electives which build on the content of Understanding Conflict Foundations.
