Confirm Completion of Wellness Program Activities
To determine if a screening and HRA are completed, view the banner cards on your portal for points earned.
To view total earned points click on the points icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. There you will see "Available points" (those remaining) versus "Total points" (accumulation of earned points).
To View Total Points Earned:Biometric Screening (or Physician Screening Form) and Health Risk Assessment completion:
