10 Scroll down to Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe and then click the Enableradio button.

11 Scroll down to Scripting | Active Scripting and then click the Enable radio button.

12 Scroll down to User Authentication | Logon and then click the Anonymous logon unless ADSI(Active Directory) is configured. If ADSI is configured, click the Automatic logon with current

username and password radio button.

13 Click the OK button. The Security Settings screen re-displays. Click the OK button to return to theInternet Explorer main screen.

Turning off Pop Up BlockersSant Suite is an application which opens new windows and dialog boxes in the user interface. It isimportant that you allow pop-ups on the Sant Suite site so the application can perform. The following aresome examples of enabling pop-ups for Sant Suite.

Internet Explorer

1 Open Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or higher). Note that in IE7 you will access the Tools menu fromthe Menu Bar option.

5 For IE 6.0, click to checkmark the Block pop-ups box (under Pop-up Blocker region) or for IE 7.0,click to checkmark the Turn on Pop-up Blocker box (in Pop-up Blocker region). Then click Settingsin the Pop-up Blocker area. The following screen displays:

Google Toolbar (only applicable if installed)

1 Open Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or higher) and launch Sant Suite using your URL.

2 On the Google Toolbar Menu Bar, click the Google Options button to display the Google settings.

3 If the Sant Suite site is currently blocked, click on the blocked option to toggle it to indicate Popupsokay on this site.

Yahoo! Toolbar (only applicable if installed)

1 Open Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or higher). Launch Sant Suite. Once Yahoo! has blocked a pop-upon the Sant Suite site, click the Pop-Up Blocker button on the Yahoo! tool bar.

2 Select Always Allow Pop-Ups From from the Pop-Up Blocker Menu. The following screen displays:

3 The blocked Sant Suite site will be listed in the Sources of Recently Blocked Pop-Ups. Select the

Sant Suite site and click the Allow button. Yahoo! will pop up a dialog asking if you always want toallow pop-ups on the selected site, click OK.

4 This will add the Sant Suite site to the Always Allow Pop-Ups From These Sources. Click the Closebutton.

Setting Macro Security Levels in Microsoft OfficeAs we mentioned earlier, Sant Suite needs to communicate with and control Microsoft Office. This is donewith macros. To allow Sant Suite to run macros within Microsoft Office, it is necessary to modify yourmacro security levels to medium. This will allow Sant Suite to run macros within Microsoft Office, while still

protecting your computer.You will need to set the macro security level in Microsoft Word if you are using ProposalMaster orRFPMaster.

You will need to set the macro security level in Microsoft Excel if you are using RFPMaster and receivecustomer RFPs in Microsoft Excel files.

You will need to set the macro security level in Microsoft PowerPoint if you are using PresentationBuilder.

Microsoft Office XP

Follow these directions to set your Macro Security Level for each Microsoft Office product you willuse with Sant Suite:

1 Open your Microsoft office product (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint). From the Menu Bar, select Tools |Macro | Security.

2 Select Medium as the security level and click the OK button.

3 Close your Microsoft office product.

Microsoft Office Vista

Follow these directions to set your Macro Security Level for each Microsoft Office product you willuse with Sant Suite:

1 Click the Microsoft Office button and then click the Word Options button (bottom of dialog box)

2 Click Trust Center button to display its screen and then click the Trust Center Settings button todisplay the Trust Center screen.
