RECENT RELOCATIONS

Recently Rutherford County has had a few notable relocations. Tier 1 Auto Supplier relocated its HQ to Murfreesboro, adding 30 new corporate jobs. Stevens Aerospacerelocated from Nashville to Smyrna Airport adding 100 new jobs. Hunter Fan Company relocated its commercial division to Smyrna adding 40 new jobs.

MAJOREMPLOYERS

Page 10: CONFIDENTIAL OFFERING MEMORANDUM DEVELOPMENT …

NASHVILLEOver the past several years, Nashville has been recognized in national headlines for major corporate relocations and expansions including Amazon and AllianceBernstein. Today, over 30 construction cranes can be seen in the downtown skyline, with over 10 MSF of real estate currently under construction in the market overall across all product types.

Gone are the days when Nashville was known strictly for country music. While still a hub for the

creative class, Nashville is also defined by an extremely diverse economy, major universities, a

booming real estate market and its competitive edge in technology and innovation.

The Nashville economic market has 10 counties and a population of more than 1.9 million,

with 692,587 living in Davidson County alone. In 2018 on average, 83 new people moved to

Nashville a day and that number is forecasted to increase in 2019.
