I’m Dania Vanessa Illescas the founder of Boss Of My

Feelings, and I would describe myself as a truth­

seeker enthusiast who loves a good laugh and

childish things. A guatemalan girl who hopes to share

I was therefore, created the Emotional Resilience

Road Map when I realized that there was no in­depth

training available that included everything I have

found in my research. Teaching people Dialectical

Behavior Therapy, holistic ways of how to cope, heal

the past, resilience, and much more to cope with

depression, borderline and bipolar disorders.
