Conferencing systeminstallation

HPinstallationexperts(oranauthorizedserviceprovider)willscheduleanappointmentwithinoneweekofhardwaredelivery.Theywillpickupproductsfromthereceivingorstagingarea,movethemtoaninstallationsiteinthesamebuilding,andproceedtounpack,install,configure,andtestthem.

ConfigurationHPinstallationexpertswillintegratetheconferencingsolutionintoexistingnetworkandthird-partysoftware,butupgradesorrepairstoexistinginfrastructurearenotincluded.

Serviceandsupport

HPproductsmaybesupportedseparatelyaccordingtotheirindividualwarranties.AdditionalHPsupportservicesarealsoavailableseparately.

Solutiondesign

Athoroughsystemhealthcheckornetworkassessmentshouldbecompletedbeforeengagingthisservice,includingtechnicalrequirementssuchasnetwork,systemendpoints,workflowchanges,andSkypeoperationplanning.

Locationdetails

Thereisaone-dayminimumchargeforeachlocation.Theinstallationteamwillcompletenomorethanfourroomsperlocationperday.Aprojectmanagerisrequirediftherearemorethantenrooms.

Customerresponsibilities

•ReviewandsigntheStatementofWork(SOW)andcomplywithitsterms.

•Appointaprojectrepresentativewithappropriatetechnicalknowledgeanddecision-makingauthoritywhowillbeavailableatalltimesduringservicedelivery.

•Attendallprojectplanningandrequirementreviewmeetings.

•Provideasuitableworkareawithaccesstorelevantbuildingfacilities,includingcomputersystemsandpasswords.

•Meetpre-requirementsprovidedbythehardwareteam.

•Review,validate,andacceptdeploymentuponcompletionoftheinstallation.

Service limitations

• Solution design:Solutiondesignisnotpartoftheimplementationservice.

• Order cancellation:Customermaycancelordersforthisservicepriortodeliveryatnocharge.

• Statement of work:Servicesnotdescribedinthestatementofwork(SOW)areoutofscope,andcanbeaddressedthroughthechangemanagementprocess.

• Service delivery:Servicesmustbereceivedandexecutedinthecountryofordering.

• Delivery location:Installationsoccuratship-tolocationsonly.

• Operational hours:InstallationservicesareperformedduringlocalstandardHPbusinesshoursonnormalbusinessdays,excludinglocalHPpublicholidays.

• Additional charges:HPreservestherighttochargeforanyadditionalworkoverandabovethequotedservicepricingthatmayresultfromworkrequiredtoaddressserviceprerequisitesorotherrequirementsnotmetbythecustomer.

• Subcontracting:HPmaysubcontractservicestoathirdparty,includingHPauthorizedserviceproviders,ortransferthisServiceAgreementtoanotherHPentity.

• Defective products:DefectiveproductsdiscoveredduringinstallationthataresuppliedorsupportedbyHPwillbereplacedorrepairedundertheoriginalvendorwarrantyterms.

• Geographic coverage:Servicemaynotbeavailableineverylocation.PleasecontactyourlocalHPsalesrepresentativeforcountry-specificcoverageandlimitations.Travelchargesmayapply.

• UCC environments:Changesandupdatestoaunifiedcommunicationsandcollaboration(UCC)environmentornetworkarenotincludedintheConferencingInstallation Service.
