1 2 Dial your local accessnumber, to access theconference room.

3 Click on “Invite participant”to generate a text invitationthat you can send by email.

Click on “Manage Confer-ence” to access the hostinterface (invite participants,manage your calls...).

PIN code required to accessyour private conferenceroom (valid for 61 days).

Fill in the conference informationThe title, date and time are optional.1 Click on “copy to clipboard” to copy the

generated text template. You can then pastepaste it into an email to invite your participants.
