On occasion and subject to availability, we are delighted to provide the full use of our property to a group for a minimum of two nights stay. This includes:. Accommodation: 16 Rooms (able to accommodate up to 60 guests in shared accommodation), one conference venue, two large public areas and ample outdoor space. In addition to the above, all meals, conference packages and activities can be added.

Our conference venue is ideal for up to 50 guests in cinema style, equipped with all standard conferencing equipment. We can accommodate up to 60 guests in our 16 rooms at Trail's End. We have eight rooms, laid out in an upscale dormitory-style, and eight rooms with private, ensuite bathrooms. Our rooms are suitable for all travellers, from groups visiting the valley to explore the many activities on offer, to a romantic couple in need of a getaway.

What can you expect from a braai at Trail’s End?

BYO (Bring Your own) For only R50 pp we provide you with a drum, fire, the venue, crockery and cutlery and the cleaning up afterwards

The All-Inclusive PackageFor R220 pp we provide you with three pieces of meat, sausage, two salads, a potato dish, crockery, cutlery, the venue, a drum, the fire and cleaning up afterwards.

R5000 refundable Security / Breakage deposit (terms and conditions apply). Should there be no damages to the property or equipment and all tabs have been settled the Security/ Damage deposit will be refunded. Should there be damages to the property and equipment or open tabs these amounts will be deducted from the Security/ Breakage deposit.
