    CCOONNFFEERREENNCCEEDDEETTAAIILLSSFeesThe conference fee is PHP 3,000.00 per participant for MCPI members and PHP 5,000.00 per participant for

    non-members. For international participants, the conference fee is USD 150 per participant. This is inclusive of

    materials, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks for the two days of the conference. Transportation and hotel

    accommodations are not included in the package. Institutions can send any number of representatives to the

    conference.

    ScholarshipsMCPI is pleased to offer scholarships to MCPI members. Details of the scholarship are as follows:

    A scholarship will be provided to one (1) representative of the MCPI member. The scholarship is intended for the authorized representative who will attend MCPIs Annual General

    Meeting (AGM) on July 25, 2012 and the two-day conference on July 26-27, 2012.

    Conference fees will be waived for all scholars. For members based outside Metro Manila, hotel accommodations will be provided to the scholar for

    three (3) nights (July 25, 26, and 27) at the Lotus Garden Hotel, 1227 A. Mabini corner Padre Faura Sts.,

    Ermita, Manila.

    Participants in excess of the allocated scholarship shall be charged the regular conference fee of PHP3,000.00.

    RegistrationandPaymentParticipants are considered registered upon receipt by MCPI of accomplished registration form and validated

    deposit slip for the conference fee.

    Registration and payment can be accomplished in three easy steps:

    1. Prepare check payment in the name ofMicrofinance Council of the Philippines, Inc.2. Deposit your check at the nearest branch of the Bank of the Philippine Islands.

    3. Send a copy of the validated deposit slip from the Bank of the Philippine Islands (photocopy whole page)and accomplished registration form to MCPI at fax no. (02) 631-5920. Ensure that the registration form

    includes names of your participants and the branch of the Bank of Philippine Islands where the deposit

    has been made.

    Deadline for submission of registration forms and payments is on July 13, 2012.
