Summary:
The Complia CARE User Conference is your opportunity to meet and interact with the
leadership from Complia Health, your product and support teams on our products, Procura,
ContinuLink, Suncoast, Igea and Progresa, network with your peers and learn about a variety of
issues from Suncoast Version 8 upgrading and training, to ContinuLink point-of-care interface
updates, best practices in billing, staffing, staff retention, quality of care, and so much more. All
of this in the wonderful environment of the Hilton Clearwater Beach from February 6-10, 2017.

The CARE 2017 Pre-Conference is your opportunity to take an in-depth look at the Complia Health

Main Conference: February 8-10
The CARE 2017 Main Conference is a one-of-a-kind event in the industry as Complia Health is the only

Description:
Version 8 (V8) is a product developed with the input of over 20 clients nationwide, geared at improving
efficiencies for clinicians and proactively driving organizational processes. This 2-day training is designed
to prepare organizations for the upgrade of their current version of the Suncoast Solutions software
(Suncoast) to V8. The sessions will focus on providing the information Trainers of Suncoast need to
prepare staff members for the upgrade to V8 and support users after the upgrade. This training will
focus on understanding workflows, changes in security, new forms design, new plan of care, automated
timesheet entry, IDG, and other exciting features that are included in V8.
Objectives
Discuss adoptions/implementation approach to training V8

Version 8 (V8) is a product developed with the input of over 20 clients nationwide, geared at improving
efficiencies for clinicians and proactively driving organizational processes. These 2 days of trainings are
designed to prepare organizations for the upgrade of their current version of the Suncoast Solutions
software (Suncoast) to V8. These sessions will focus on providing the information System
Administrators of Suncoast need to prepare for the upgrade to V8 and support their organization after
the upgrade. Topics include but are not limited to Managing Security Role access, Managing Workflows,
Forms & Data Elements Maintenance Overview and Plan of Care Templates.

session will provide an in-depth look at the new features organizations can use in their forms designs.
User will learn all aspect of how to use the new forms-design, use bold and underline on forms, setup
skip-logic feature, create Plan of Care (POC) template, auto-trigger POC, additional setup and much
more. Attendees will sandbox/test-box, will have the opportunity to begin forms design during the
sessions.

Identify three forms features in Version 8 that can be used to meet organizational goals

Version 8 are focused on clinical process, these processes have a direct impact on billing and how staff
responsible for billing use the software. This 1-days preconference session will provide an in-depth look
at the new features organizations can use for billing. During this session we will introduce Workflows
and the client chart, identifying tools billing and financial staff can use to navigate the system. We will
explore billing workflows, and other new features available to billing staff in Version 8.
