Confectionery Production has been the leading international monthly journal for the confectionery, chocolate, sweet bakery and snack sectors since 1934. The journal features the best in technical and business news, analysis, comment, interviews and product development and innovation. An editorially led journal, each issue includes technical content as well as regular features covering all aspects of the confectionery industry.
Read world news, features discussing the latest technologies and developments, plant and company profiles, machinery and equipment updates, the latest trends in ingredients and end product news. Complementing the magazine is the newly re-launched Confectionery Production website – www.confectioneryproduction.com – a responsive website which features daily news updates and information on product innovations. There is also a weekly e-newsletter and a free web membership giving access to additional web content and downloads.
The Sweets & Snacks World section of the magazine has its own website – www.sweetsandsnacksworld.com – and fortnightly e-newsletter for confectionery, chocolate and snack buyers, retailers and wholesalers.
We also ensure our growing number of LinkedIn group members and Twitter followers are kept regularly updated. For more information see the readership statistics.

Research has proven that for advertising to be effective, a reader must be exposed to the advertisement several times before the message sticks.
“Repetition increases recall of both the ad and brand byincreasing the opportunity to process the ad (Krugman
1972) and encoding in memory (Cacioppo and Petty 1980).”Source: Lehnert et al, AMA Summer Educators’ Conference Proceedings 2011, Vol. 22, p42
