Oil sunflower seeds

Sunflower oil is the non-volatile oil compressed from sunflower (Helianthus annuus) seeds.

Sunflower oil is commonly used in food as a frying oil, and in cosmetic formulations as an

emollient. Sunflower oil was first industrially produced in 1835 in the Russian Empire.[1][2] The

world's largest sunflower oil producers now are Ukraine, Russia and Argentina.[3]

Sunflower oil is a monounsaturated (MUFA)/polyunsaturated (PUFA) mixture of mostly oleic acid

(omega-9)-linoleic acid (omega-6) group of oils. The oil content of the seed ranges from 22 to 36%

(average, 28%): the kernel contains 45–55% oil. The expressed oil is of light amber color with a mild

and pleasant flavor; refined oil is pale yellow. Refining losses are low and the oil has good keeping

qualities with light tendency for flavor reversion. The oil contains appreciable quantities of vitamin

E, sterols, squalene, and other aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Striped sunflower seeds LG

Used for bird feed and oil produce.

The conventional sunflower hybrids LG are the benchmark for stability, excellent tolerance to the

already common drought in different periods of culture vegetation and the already unavoidable

heat stress. Each of them has its

place on the field and has its advantages. They are characterized by a very high yield potential and

exceptional stability.

LG 23.06 - extremely durable to drought hybrid, with high ecological plasticity,

LG 33.55 - a stable yield,

LG 33.95 - one of the best performing hybrids in Europe in 2009,

LG 33.30 - under the recommended stocking density the yield has a very high level; the hybrid type

is fixed, making it suitable for rainfed farming with limited moisture of the soil,

LG 33.62 - suitable for rainfed agriculture,

LG 34.88 - a new hybrid with high potential and good results,

LG 34.75 - in recent years it became preferred because of its high yield level and its stability. It

grows very well with extensive cultivation of maize.

Striped sunflower seeds PR

The sunflower seed is the fruit of the sunflower (Helianthus annuus). The term "sunflower seed" is

actually a misnomer when applied to the seed in its pericarp (hull). Botanically speaking, it is a

cypsela. When dehulled, the edible remainder is called the sunflower kernel or heart.

There are three types of commonly used sunflower seeds: linoleic (most common), high oleic, and

NuSun. Each variety has its own unique levels of monounsaturated, saturated, and

polyunsaturated fats. The information in this article refers mainly to the linoleic variety.

For commercial purposes, sunflower seeds are usually classified by the pattern on their husks. If

the husk is solid black, the seeds are called black oil sunflower seeds. The crops may be referred to

as oilseed sunflower crops. These seeds are usually pressed to extract their oil. Striped sunflower

seeds are primarily used for food; as a result, they may be called confectionery sunflower seeds.

In a 100 gram serving, dried whole sunflower seeds provide 584 calories as a nutrient-dense food.

The seeds are an excellent source (20% or higher of the Daily Value) of protein, dietary fiber, all B

vitamins and vitamin E . The seeds also contain high levels of the dietary minerals, magnesium,

manganese, phosphorus, iron and zinc.

Half of a 100 gram serving is fat, mainly monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, principally

linoleic acid (table). Additionally, the seeds contain phytosterols which may contribute toward

lower levels of blood cholesterol.

Wheat

Wheat is the basic bread plant of the world. Up to 70% of the world population feeds on wheat

bread. The bread, pasta, crackers and cakes are just the beginning of the list of foods produced

from wheat.

It contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, folic acid, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, iron and fibers. Wheat, as well

as other wholegrain crops, is also a rich source of the mineral magnesium, which acts as a co-factor

for a large amount of enzymes which are involved the secretion of insulin and glucose.

We offer bread and feed wheat.

White sunflower seeds

White sunflower is relatively new product for Bulgaria. The seeds are longer in size than the blacks

seeds, characterized by excellent taste and have similar nutritional values of other types of

sunflower seeds.

Size : 7+ ind 8+.

Packing : pp bags x 20 kg, 25 kg.

Corn

Corn (Zea mays) is a type of flowering plant of the family Poaceae (Poaceae). It is an important

crop, used for grain, silage and green fodder.

Corn is a good source of vitamins B1 and B9; Rich source of phosphorus and magnesium.

Barley

Barley is one of the oldest cereals known to mankind. It is estimated that 10 000 years ago, the

inhabitants of the deserts of southwestern Asia had fed themselves and their animals barley

grains. Some of the more recent studies show that barley has appeared for the first time in

Southeast Asia or in the mountainous regions of what is today Ethiopia.

Barley is rich in valuable vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6 and B9) and minerals - magnesium, phosphorus,

iron and zinc. Barley is rich in amino acids, especially lysine. 100 g of barley contain 354 kcal, 9.45%

water, 17.3 g fiber, 0.8 g of sugar, 2.3 g fat, 12.5 g protein, 73.5 g carbohydrate and 0 mg

cholesterol.

Rape seeds

Rapeseed is a bright-yellow flowering member of the family Brassicaceae, cultivated mainly for its oil-rich seed, the third-largest source of vegetable oil in the world. Rapeseed oil was produced in the 19th century as a source of a lubricant for steam engines, because it was less useful as food for animals or humans because it has a bitter taste due to high levels of glucosinolates. Varieties have now been bred to reduce the content of glucosinolates, yielding a more palatable oil. This has had the side effect that the oil contains much less erucic acid. Nowadays, rapeseed is grown for the production of animal feed, vegetable oil for human consumption, and biodiesel. Worldwide production of rapeseed/canola rose to 47 million metric tons in 2006, of which the total EU-25 production accounts for 16 million metric tons. Rapeseed contains from 40 to 52% slabosahneshto oil, up to 20% proteins and 17% carbohydrates. The nutritional qualities of rapeseed oil is determined by the oil-acid composition. It contains vitamins A, E, K and D, phosphates and tocopherols. About 85% of the composition of rapeseed oil are essential fatty acids - Linoleic 20% and 65% oleic acid. Processing of rapeseed for oil production provides rapeseed animal meal as a by-product. The by-product is a high-protein animal feed. The feed is mostly employed for cattle feeding, but also for hogs and poultry (though less valuable for these).
