Wednesday:
9:00 a.m. Senior Connections will meet at the church to carpool to
Lapp Valley Farms, 244 Mentzer Rd. New Holland, PA. Others close
by may meet us there at 9:30 a.m. We will take a self-guided tour of
the farm and processing facilities. A picnic lunch will be provided,
along with ice cream for all. This Wednesday date is a change from
our normal Thursday meeting date.

YARD SALE The Community Yard Sale originally scheduled for June 7 -
8 has been rescheduled to June 28 - 29 due to weather.
LADIES BIBLE STUDY will meet every 1st & 3rd Monday of each
month at 7 p.m. in the conference room. Please join us as we continue our
Beth Moore Study "Living Beyond Yourself" a study of gifts of the Spirit.
FAX NUMBER The office’s fax number is 610-913-0501. Please correct
the front of your 2013 directory accordingly.
RELAY FOR LIFE will be held June 15-16 at Twin Valley High School.
If you would like to join “Team Doug” please speak with Howard Moss.
SUMMER BIBLE SCHOOL Volunteers are needed to serve on the
drama team, as shepherds and helpers, and as prayer partners. Please sign
up at the back bulletin board. See Kathleen Weaver if you have questions.
CONGRATULATIONS GRADUATES:
Dylan Beam graduated from Twin Valley on June 8th. He will be
attending Penn State’s Berks Campus in the fall, studying Plant
Sciences.
Joy Beam graduated from Twin Valley on June 8th. She will be
attending Penn State’s Main Campus in the fall, studying Animal
Science.
Meredith Graff graduated from Conestoga Christian School on June
6th. She will be attending LaSalle University in the fall, studying
Business.
Amanda Valentino graduated from Twin Valley on June 8th. She will
be attending Mercy College in the fall, studying Veterinary
Technology: Pre-Veterinary Medicine.

Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society Events:
Amish and Mennonite History Panel, Monday, June 10 at 7 p.m. -
Come listen to a panel consisting of Steven M. Nolt, historian at
Goshen College, and three Old Order historians discuss growth among
Amish and Mennonites. The event will be held at Martindale
Mennonite Fellowship Center, Ephrata.
Music in the Orchard: Sopa Sol and Christopher Mark Jones,
June 15 at 6:00 p.m. - Bring a picnic supper and listen to local and
regional bands at the 1719 Hans Herr House as they kick off the Music
in the Orchard summer music series. Tickets are $5, children under 12
free.
