Thank you for selecting me to help price your property. This is a preliminary price analysis, furtheradjustment came be made. This market poses many challenges, and my 16 years of experience will come in handy. We stillhave area agents that are overpricing listings, and others that just list as many as possible and putthem on the MLS for someone else to sell.
