Discontinuance of Play Should the Match Committee discontinue play because of inclement weather prior to all Players completing (18) holes, the trophies may be distributed in one of the following manners:

a) If all Players in the field have completed (9) holes the Match Committee may reduce the competition. Note: If (1) tee was used to start the 18 hole Competition, trophies would be allocated over the first (9) holes played, if (2) tees were used then the Committee would conduct (2) nine hole competitions, using the first (9) hole scores recorded by each Competitor, if there are sufficient Players to do so.

b) In the case of a competition being cancelled after people have teed off, all trophy allocations will be transferred to the next relative competition, dependent on the weather. The ball run

down will be done by a draw over the field of each Player from that day. In the case of Championships (72 Hole event). If play is cancelled due to inclement weather, the Match Committee, at its discretion, may reduce the event to either (54) or (36) hole event.

Note: The Match Committee may alter the value of trophies given on the day. In Championships, the Ball Competition, where possible, will be extended to the next competition played at that Course.

Disqualifications In addition to specific breaches of the Rules of Golf the following breaches will also disqualify Players:

1) Unsigned cards, either by Player or Marker. 2) No handicap recorded on the Players score card before it is returned to the Committee, or, if the

This disqualification is from that round of the Handicap Competition; otherwise, the score shall stand, i.e. if a Gross Competition is being run in conjunction, then her score in that competition shall stand. Note: This card may be used for handicapping. Disqualifications also apply to Ball Competitions played, however; Nearest the Pins and Long Drives are not affected.
