As previously stated on record, in the NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND REQUEST FOR PROPER BILL AND LAWFUL CONTRACT AND FULL RECORD OF ACCOUNTING AND FEE SCHEDULE, of 29th October 2012, at no time has consent been given to any business agreement or arrangement with any of the parties referred to in correspondence, or by your agent during his unwarranted visit on the 26th October, 2012.

I continue to conditionally accept any and all outstanding claims you may have with me,and, upon receipt of a proper bill and a copy of a lawful contract and a full record of accounting sent to the exact address shown below, I will consider paying any and all such lawfully agreed amount.

If no communication or correspondence including a proper bill, a copy of the lawful contract, and a full record of accounting is received at the exact address shown below (on Page 2 of this correspondence) within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of this NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND REQUEST FOR A PROPER BILL AND LAWFUL CONTRACT AND FULL RECORD OF ACCOUNTING AND FEE SCHEDULE AND REMOVAL OF IMPLIED RIGHT OF ACCESS, any and all interested parties will be in agreement that no such documents, in fact, exist.

If no dispute, rebuttal or contest of this NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND REQUEST FOR A PROPER BILL AND LAWFUL CONTRACT AND FULL RECORD OF ACCOUNTING AND FEE SCHEDULE is received by registered post at the exact address shown below within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of this NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND REQUEST FOR A PROPER BILL AND LAWFUL CONTRACT AND FULL RECORD OF ACCOUNTING AND FEE SCHEDULE, any and all interested parties will thereafter be in agreement with any and all claims and terms of this NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND REQUEST FOR A PROPER BILL AND LAWFUL CONTRACT AND FULL RECORD OF ACCOUNTING AND FEE SCHEDULE, and a default judgement of permanent and irrevocable estoppal by acquiescence will stand in law.

I hereby give notice that any and all implied, assumed, or presumed right of access to the property known as; 26a Wellesley Road, Torquay, Devon [NEAR: TQl 3BS], has been removed in respect of the following:

Any employee, or agent, or principal, or any other persons acting on behalf of the CORPORATION known as ROSSENDALES LIMITED, Company Registration Number: 01501584 registered at RUTLAND HOUSE 8TH FLOOR, 148 EDMUND STREET, BIRMINGHAM, B3 2JR, and
Also known to be trading as ROSSENDALES CORPORATE LIMITED, Company Registration Number: 06094878; ROSSENDALES COLLECT LIMITED Company Registration Number: 05070065, and

Any employee, or agent, or principal, or any other persons acting on behalf of the CORPORATION known as MINISTRY OF JUSTICE LIMITED [06768774] registered at SELBORNE HOUSE, 54-60 VICTORIA STREET, LONDON, SWlE 6QW also known to be trading as MAGISTRATES COURTS, and

Any employee, or agent, or principal, or any other persons acting on behalf of any and all de facto CORPORATE COURTS, and

I hereby make clear and unequivocal declaration that my FEE SCHEDULE for any and all future correspondence will be charged to the addressee at 250 per standard A4 paper page.
