The History of Conde NastConde Nast are a U.S based

magazine publisher, who in total publish 18 consumer magazines, 27 websites and over 50 apps for mobile and tablet devices. The headquarters are based in New York City. Conde Nast was founded in 1909 Conde Montrose Nast and has been owned by the Newhouse family since 1959. Condé Nast is largely considered to be the originator of lifestyle magazines. Its magazines focus on a wide range of subjects, including travel, food, home, culture, and other interests, with fashion the larger portion of the company's focus.

Fashion is the main focus and specialization of Conde Nast, with them publishing successful international fashion magazines such as Vogue, Glamour, Tatler and more. These are just 3 of their fashion magazines.

Another form of specialization from Conde Nast are Travel and Living magazines. These include magazines such as the iconic Conde Nast Traveller and living magazines such as the world of interior, brides, house & garden and more.

The size of the company is very large. They are an extremely successful institution, evident through their iconic magazines and headquarters in NYC.
