PRIDE FOR PARENTS HOLIDAY TOY DRIVEConcourse is sponsoring a toy drive during the
month of December that will run from December
1 - 15 to benefit the Pride for Parents Program.
This is the same program we have been sponsoring
for the last several years. For those of you who are
unfamiliar with the program, it is a part of the FCS
Urban Ministries whose other programs include
Charis Community Housing, The Home Resource
Center, The Family Store, Adopt-a-Grandparent and
the Atlanta Youth Project. The toys that are donated
are sold to parents for approximately 25% of their
value. If a family is not able to afford the toys, they can earn credits that
can be applied toward the purchase of toys. It is felt that this method
instills pride and dignity in the family unit by empowering parents with
the ability to provide for their children. We will have boxes located in the
lobbies of each building where you may leave your donations. Thank you
for remembering those less fortunate than ourselves.

HOLIDAY SAFETY TIPSThe holiday season is here and so is the season of increased potential for office and vehicle crime. The security of property
belonging to you is of critical importance to all of us at Concourse and we are committed to the safety and security of all
tenants and visitors. Our 24/7 security team is available for courtesy escorts to and from your car if you are feeling uneasy.
Please stop by the Security Command Center located at the loading dock of Building Five or call them at 770-395-3705.
Our security team also has officers in trucks that rove the property and all the parking decks. They alternate their routes
around the park so there is not a consistent route. Sandy Springs Police Department will also be increasing their patrols and
presence at Concourse to help ward off any potential criminals.
We encourage you to actively participate in preventing burglary in our office buildings and parking decks.
Stay Alert
Office creepers are most active at opening, closing and during lunch hours when the maximum traffic flow appears. Please
report any suspicious activity or people to property management or security. When walking to or from the building, be alert
and aware of your surroundings at all times. Don’t wait until you have reached your car or the building to look for your keys,
have them ready in your hand. Criminals often target people who are distracted.
Shopping At Lunch
This is a reminder to avoid leaving valuables in your car. Whenever possible, keep packages, etc. with you. If you cannot
take them in with you, place them out of sight in the trunk of your vehicle prior to reaching your destination. Do not leave
shopping bags or other valuable items visible and exposed in your vehicle.
Always Call 9-1-1
For any emergency. This helps the police identify patterns or problems and be able to make informed deployment decisions,
and then report the incident to the management office at 770-677-0518.
