Find a quote that demonstrates

the person's character or what they were like as a person.

You can then include the quote and explain what this says about them.

Here is my quote from Anne Frank.

How might I use this to demonstrate something about her character?

"The weak fall but the strong will remain and never go under."

What does it show about her?

Optimistic in the face of adversity,bright even in the darkest hours, her resilience and love of life and humanity shine through the pages of her

insightful diary. As Anne once said: "The weak fall but the strong will remain and never go under."

Remember your speech punctuation.

I used a colon to introduce my quote as it's a longer piece of speech.

of examples of concluding statements to look at. Remember, my example is about Anne Frank so my language is suited to

the events she went through!

You can magpie some sentence structure ideas.

your conclusion.

To recapitulate, Anne Frank will be forever remembered and cherished by millions the world over for her handwritten diary (her

beloved Kitty) which documented her life as a Jew during the Holocaust and the ghastly reign of terror the autocratic Nazis

inflicted upon her and millions of innocent others. Furthermore, she is viewed my many as a hero and leader for her optimistic

approach to life and love of humanity; even when faced with the darkest of times, she still looked to the future. Her persistent personality and heart wrenching diary drove her through the

arduous life she was born into.


Although unable to live to tell the tale, Anne Frank's short 'yet tragic' life lives on through her legacy- a legacy that lies in the hearts and memories of millions of others .Optimistic in the face of adversity,bright even in the darkest hours, her

resilience and love of life humanity shine through the pages of her insightful diary. As Anne once said: "The weak fall but the

strong will remain and never go under."
