Once stolen, the government uses a complex group of public, and secret,defense agencies, corporate contractors, and crooked bankers to fund theweaponization of trade secrets, patents, copyrights and other forms ofintellectual property. Usually, the government builds in a "back-door" to thetechnology—so that they can control and manipulate the weaponizedproperty. Then, they fund a "front-man" as a stooge to run a privatecorporation that is built on the weaponized invention.

The dummy company gets tens of millions of dollars in initial investments.Its underwriters then inflate valuations that turn into billions when the fakeprivate corporation later hits the stock market. These fake front-men,pseudo-military corporations, stolen patents, and corrupt defensecontractors then magically become the largest corporations in the world—Google (NSA), Facebook (NSA and CIA programs), Amazon (NSA and CIA) andon and on down the line of the huge tech corporations that are consumingeverything around them in league with the ill-intent of the military andintelligence agencies.

Leader Technologies' inventions fueled dozens of the largest corporations inthe world. It was out-right industrial espionage at the highest governmentallevels that led to the theft of Leader's trade secrets, copyrights, andpatents.

Zuckerberg is obviously a fake who admits that he "doesn't write codeanymore." The supposed greatest "code writer" of our time isn't interestedin writing code now and appears to know little about the many hundreds ofthousands of code lines used to create Facebook. Zuckerberg is obviously afront-man, and not a very good one.

information." While Leader Technologies assumed that the governmentmight want to use their invention, they had no way of knowing that thegovernment intended to use it for the exact opposite moral purposes: totake away the user's freedom and surveil everything in their lives.

Michael was trying to advance the industry and certainly would have neverbelieved that his own government might become his enemy as he resistedthe whole-sale theft and weaponization of his inventions. How could LeaderTechnologies know that the most-respected patent attorney in America wasalso the most corrupt?

Who could have predicted that the NSA, CIA, FBI and other intelligenceagencies would come to control the Internet, social networks, and everycommunication and broadcast in America—in contra-distinction to US lawsand civil liberties. To witness the twisted uses of Leader's original idea musthave been maddening.

What is a beautiful idea when implemented as originally designed, it wouldbe a tool of higher human development.

However, thanks to a thieving government, it was turned into a dark web ofpornography, gambling, haters, and total military surveillance. The Internetthat we once thought to be a harmless digital tool for greatercommunications became, in the end, the global network of control ofindustry, commerce, education, and our personal lives. Leader Technologies' Michael McKibben has a solution to the problem of theUS military and intelligence agency's control of the cyber-warfareexperiment called the Internet. The Department of Defense created theInternet which was originally called ARPANET, after the Department ofDefense agency called DARPA. These groups have incubated and funded theprinciple components of the Internet, from the cables it runs on, to therouters every communication runs through, to the micro-processors insideevery computer, to the software that makes it work.

All areas of our modern Internet-life were created for military purposes -not to create a system of world-wide free information as LeaderTechnologies first envisioned. The tech-lords' monopolies can easily beturned off through one of two plans that the shareholders of LeaderTechnology have devised. Both plans end the control of the Internet bygovernmental military and intelligence agencies. Both plans are a win-winscenario for every American. Both plans help bring America back to a lawfulsociety where the innovations and inventions of Americans are treated withrespect and not usurped for military weaponization.

The social networking systems that have arisen from Leader's inventionswere meant to expand human freedoms, not suppress them. Only through acomplete revamping of the system, and the removal of all governmentspying and control of information, can we end the drive to centralize allinformation access via Google, AT&T, Verizon, Amazon, Apple, Yahoo, etc.,through communication via Gmail, Instagram, etc., and through socialnetworking via Facebook, SnapChat, and many other companies.

The Internet must be freed from corruption, surveillance, and a contrivedmonopoly of information that rules our lives and imprisons informationinstead of freeing it.

American citizens must fight abuse of theconstitutional right for authors and inventorsto enjoy the fruits of their inventions, as amatter of matter of basic property rights andsound public policy. Stark, U.S. DistrictCourt of Delaware, ignored his jury’sadmission that they had no evidence tosupport their on-sale bar verdict, but thejudge supported it anyway.

The judicial misconduct has deterioratedfrom there, replete with two of the threejudges on the Federal Circuit appeal panel,Judges Alan D. Lourie and Kimberly A. Moore,holding Facebook stock that they did notdisclose to the litigants, and later tried toexcuse through a quick motion slipped in atthe last minute by the Clerk of Court, JanHorbaly, and his close friends at The FederalCircuit Bar Association. (The DC Barsubsequently revealed that Mr. Horbaly is notlicensed to practice law in Washington D.C.)

The judges ignored shocking new evidencethat Mark Zuckerberg withheld 28 hard drivesof 2003-2004 evidence from LeaderTechnologies that could prove actual theft(and therefore claims even more serious thaninfringement). In addition, Facebook's appealattorney, Thomas G. Hungar of Gibson DunnLLP, has close personal ties to just aboutevery judicial player in this story.
