World Foundation and Russian national structures of «UNIOLYMP» have launched the International

Project « UNIOLYMP » which is an integral complex system that promotes identification and development of the abilities of the younger generation.

International Project «UNIOLYMP» is aimed at arrangement of system activities, mainly with the young people under 16, involving them to participate in this Project within international and national youth movement «UNIOLYMP», which is a self-managed youth organization.

Regular holding complex creativity Olympiads and Festival Forums «UNIOLYMP» helps to rate managers (leaders) of any line in terms of quality of the organizational skills as a result of the rank that the youth team has achieved and to form and develop competitive environment to identify the best of the best among young people in different activities.

Integration, mass character, festivities and competitiveness are the basic components of creativity Olympiads and Festival Forums «UNIOLYMP» that are carried out annually at the municipal, regional and national level.

International creativity Olympiads and Festival Forums «UNIOLYMP» will be held by World Foundation «UNIOLYMP» every two years with participating team-winners of national creativity Olympiads and Festival Forums «UNIOLYMP».

Primary chains of the International Project «UNIOLYMP» are creative clubs «UNIOLYMP», which are set up in schools and local communities, specialized and integral creative centers «UNIOLYMP» organized at the municipal level.

An important aspect of the International Project «UNIOLYMP» at the international, national, regional and municipal levels is formation and development of commercial part, which becomes the ground for creative activity of the youth and the system providing self-financing programs of the International Project «UNIOLYMP».

Starting financial and media support of the activities of the International Project «UNIOLYMP» will be provided be partners who have been already involved in preliminary negotiations and demonstrated great interest in the Project and willingness to give a wide-range support for its successful achievement.

Every person realizing his/her natural abilities and talents wants to be successful and reach his/her own Olympus both in social and professional career. Taking into consideration this natural desire, consolidated message of the participants and partners of the International Project «UNIOLYMP» has been established like a slogan: BE SUCCESSFUL – REACH YOUR OLYMPUS!

Stability rate of the development of the world community depends on the rate of creative success both of the country and its citizens. Therefore an objective, natural and actual goal of any country is creating optimal conditions for self-development and harmonious growth of every citizen.

The higher number of successful citizens, the more successful is the country and the higher stability rate of the development of the world community.

The launched Project is an innovative complex system promoting development of humanitarian and technical creativity, realization of physical and sportive abilities, formation of healthy life style and environment for harmonious personal development of the younger generation.

To achieve effective implementation of the actual system-forming International Project «UNIOLYMP» aimed at organizing activities with young people, it is necessary to consolidate and integrate capacities of international organizations as well as national structures of «UNIOLYMP» on the base of social-state partnership.

PARTICIPANTS AND PARTNERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL PROJECT «UNIOLYMP»

The International Project «UNIOLYMP» is a complex system integrating

comprehensive knowledge and experience of international as well as national scientific and practical organizations with the aim to create and develop environment for innovative establishment of the younger generation in the world community.

Participants and partners of the International Project «UNIOLYMP» form the base of the complex system «UNIOLYMP» that consolidates and integrates their desires to use their capacities for promotion and support of the basement for sustainable development of the international community with the ideals of new innovative humanism in all spheres of human activity.

The carriers of the basic ideas of the new humanism should become the younger generation who are actually the target for the activity of the complex system «UNIOLYMP».

PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROJECT organize and take part in the integrated with the World Foundation and national structures «UNIOLYMP» programs and joint organizations that are being created to achieve goals and objectives of each component of the complex system «UNIOLYMP».

PARTNERS OF THE PROJECT collaborate with the World Foundation and national structures «UNIOLYMP» on the basis of agreement in order to achieve scientific and practical goals set forward for participants of the International Project «UNIOLYMP».

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE WORLD FOUNDATION « UNIOLYMP »

1. Facilitates broad international dialogue and cooperation on formation of successful younger generation, through both formal and informal channels. 2. Actively promotes the idea of peace and friendship between nations, implementes the concept and culture of the world

as priority and present mandate of the UNESCO. 3. Forwards the efforts and capacities for direct and exact extension of the range of activity of instrumental UNESCO

documents and information technologies in terms of contemporary requirements to use their universal character in dissemination of knowledge about cultural and intellectual values.

4. Forms in the junior and youth audience credibility and respect for universal values and cultural heritage of all nations without discrimination who live on our planet.

5. Involved in implementing UNESCO recommendations to the member-states "About participation and contribution of the masses in cultural life", adopted in Nairobi at the 19th session of UNESCO General Assembly on 26th November, 1976.

6. Interacts with UN, UNESCO, IOC, UNICEF agencies, facilitates conducting international events, including Olympic, ParaOlympic, Delphic Games, which present examples of universal cultural heritage, and effective dialogue among cultures and civilizations.

7. Organizes World children and youth movement "UNIOLYMP" - a complex system that ensures identification and realisation of personal abilities of the younger generation and development of a successful person with the motto "BE SUCCESSFUL - REACH YOUR OLYMPUS!", on the base of the ideals of Olympism, tolerance and harmonious development.

8. Establishes cooperative structures in the countries of international community, involving national foundations, movements, associations, leagues, as well as social-state partnerships, with the licensed use of the trademark "UNIOLYMP” and providing scientific training and methodological support of their activity by the Foundation structures.

9. Arranges a network of regional branches and representative offices of the Foundation in the countries of international community to organize the implementation of international Foundation programs.

10. Supports implementation of the international UNESCO program "Children's Forum " Olympic Friendship " as part of the Olympic and Youth Olympic Games, in cooperation with the Executive Board of the program, as well as the International Olympic Committee.

11. Provides training and conducting World Olympiads, forums and festivals "UNIOLYMP as part of the Youth Olympic Games, including cultural, artistic and athletic national programs and international conferences, exhibitions and talk shows.

12. Supports programs aimed at harmonization of the nature, society and individuals, as well as international and national environmental programs to reduce pollution and involve innovative environmental technology systems with no harmful emissions.

13. Promotes inter-faith and inter-civilizational harmonization in order to enhance the spiritual and moral culture of the younger generations of the world.

14. Promotes healthy lifestyle and mass physical culture. Conducts contests for selection and introduction of innovative health systems and prevention of youth diseases.

15. Organizes international public-private partnerships "UNIOLYMP-INNOVATIONS" as an economic component of the Foundation and the World Youthl Movement UNIOLYMP.».

16. Assists in developing and implementing complexsocial and economic programs for harmonious development of personality and scientific and technological progress.

17. Involved in design and development of training programs for an innovation-oriented person; participates in the introduction of innovative socio-economic technologies that improve lifestyle and quality of life of younger generations.

18. Supports formation and development of an integrated social network UNIOLYMP in the international community in order to extend the use of advanced information technologies in education and to improve moral and intellectual culture, popularize cultural heritage of the world nations and scientific and technological progress.

19. Sets up own and is involved in other media in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the Foundation. 20. Organizes and conducts research activities regading problems connected with child and youth environment and

provides practical realization of the results. 21. Contributes to youth education and cultural exchange between countries of the international community to

encourage harmonious mutual development. 22. Organizez and runs global campaigns "From a harmonious personality - to a harmonious world." 23. Participates in the development and implementation of international programs that promote the evolutionary

development of the world community without social and economic stresses and wars. 24. Organizes charity and other events aimed at helping young people who find themselves in difficult situations. 25. Organizes global videoconferences, lotteries and other events to promote the Foundation activities and raise funds. 26. To achieve the goals and objectives carries out any activity that is not prohibited by international acts and

This international program is vertically integrated structure which is formed on the basis

of development results and achievements of Russian national program “Intellectual and Moral Culture” and other similar international and national programs of international community.

INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE PROGRAM ensures formation and

development of the conceptual basis and methodology for improving intellectual and moral culture of the younger generation on the base of restoration and development of the intellectual level of the younger generation via introduction to the world and national intellectual, moral and cultural values, as well as preparation and conducting international program events.

NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-METHODOLOGIC BOARDS OF DIRECTORS OF THE

PROGRAM provide adaptation of conceptual basis and methodology for enhancement of intellectual and moral culture of the younger generation taking into account national specific character and national research-and-development projects as well as preparation and conducting international program events;

Design and improve the forms and methods of activities on enhancement of intellectual and moral culture organizing a system of intellectual and moral tutorship;

Promote and participate in strengthening international agreement, mutual understanding, tolerance, respect to each other, realization of the ideals of humanitarian goals and civil peace;

Participate in preparation and improvement of specialists’ skills in organization of intellectual and moral education of the younger generation.

REGIONAL CENTERS OF INTELLECTUAL AND MORAL CULTURE ensure

formation and development of monitoring system of intellectual and moral culture in municipal institutions and provide a set of events on improvement of intellectual and moral culture of the younger generation in the regions.

MUNICIPAL CLUBS OF INTELLECTUAL AND MORAL CULTURE provide

monitoring of intellectual and moral culture in comprehensive schools, conduct methodological management and performance of a set of events on improvement of intellectual and moral culture of the younger generation in the municipal units.

COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS – PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROGRAM provide implementation of intellectual and moral contents of the integrated systems for harmonious personal development; organize after-school activities and clubs in intellectual and moral culture sphere.

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM “ECO-HEALTH “

This international program is a vertically integrated structure that operates on the basis of Russian achievements in the complex system of "Natural Doctor" and other similar international and national programs of the international community.

INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE PROGRAM provides formation and development of conceptual basis and methodologies to improve health status of the younger generation promoting healthy lifestyle. NATIONAL BOARDS OF DIRECTORS FOR RESEARCH AND METHODOLOGY PROGRAMS facilitate adaptation of the conceptual basis and methodology for creating healthy lifestyle and improving health status of the younger generation, taking into account national circumstances and national scientific achievemnts, as well as promoting healthy lifestyle, preparing and conducting national activities of the program. REGIONAL CENTERS OF “ECO-HEALTH "ensure formation and development of a healthy lifestyle system, as well as monitoring health status of the younger generation and take part in preparation and conducting a number of events to improve health status of the younger generation in the region. MUNICIPAL CLUBS “ECO-HEALTH” conduct monitoring of health status of the younger generation in the municipalities, promote healthy lifestyle, provide guidance and performance of a number of activities to improve health status of the younger generation in the municipalities. ABOUT INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM «HUMANITARIAN CREATIVE WORK»

This international program is a vertically integrated structure that is formed on the basis of project results of

non-profit partnership for harmonious development of the world community "Consolidation" (Russia) based on the experience of national and international structures.

Humanitarian creative work – is a system of generation and use of innovative humanitarian technologies for harmonious development of the younger generation. Humanitarian technologies are the basis of harmonious development of an individual personality.

Acceleration of scientific and technological progress in the last decades of the twentieth and early twenty-first centuries has actualized the need to move from humanitarian knowledge to humanitarian technologies contributing to the formation of a harmoniously developed personality. Disproportion between the level of scientific and technological progress and the level of harmonious development of individuals prevailing in the countries of the international community has led to demand for the development of humanitarian design.

Formation and development of knowledge and technological systems of norm-value regulation of the development of the younger generation are the basis for program functioning in the complex system "UNIOLYMP. Integration of social, cultural and mental integrity in the complex system of humanitarian creative work for harmonious development of a personality is the aim of this international program.

INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE PROGRAM provides formation and development of conceptual basis and methodologies to improve harmonious development of the younger generation on the basis of humanitarian technologies, as well as provides training and conducting international activities of the program. NATIONAL BOARDS OF DIRECTORS FOR RESEARCH AND METHODOLOGY PROGRAMS facilitate adaptation of the conceptual basis and methodology to improve harmonious development of the younger generation on the basis of humanitarian technologies, taking into account national circumstances and national scientific achievemnts, as well as preparing and conducting national activities of the program.

They develop and improve forms and methods of work to increase the level of harmonious development of

the younger generation with the use of humanitarian technologies. They participate in training and upgrading of specialists in humanitarian creativity working with the

younger generation.

REGIONAL CENTERS OF HUMANITARIAN CREATIVE WORK ensure formation and development of a system of monitoring the level of humanitarian creative work, provide methodological guidance in preparation and conducting a number of events to improve harmonious development of the younger generation in the region.

MUNICIPAL CLUBS OF HUMANITARIAN CREATIVE WORK provide monitoring of the

development of humanitarian technologies in schools, provide methodological guidance, training and conducting of a set of activities to enhance development of humanitarian creative work in the municipalities.

COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS – PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROGRAM implement integrated

programs of formation and harmonious development of individuals on the basis of humanitarian technologies. They organize activity of after school programs and / or clubs of humanitarian creative work.

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM «TECHNICAL CREATIVE WORK »

This international program is a vertically integrated structure that is formed on the basis of project results of

non-profit partnership for harmonious development of the world community "Consolidation" (Russia) based on the experience of national and international structures.

Technical creative work – is a system of generation and use of innovative technical technologies for harmonious development of the younger generation. Technical technologies are the basis of harmonious development of an individual personality.

Acceleration of scientific and technological progress in the last decades of the twentieth and early twenty-first centuries has actualized the need to move from technical knowledge to innovative technical technologies. Increasing the level and quality of life of the younger generation is possible on the base of acceleration of scientific and technological progress. Technical creative work – is an activity that gives birth to an entirely new life for humanity.

Fostering organizational and economic conditions for the transition from introduction to creation of the demand for results of scientific and technological progress, for the development of basic and applied sciences and, on this basis, for the accelerated development of technological creativity, ─ is a basic component of this program.

Providing creative direction of technical work is a development vector of this program, which is carried out by international and national structures.

Complex integration of social, cultural and mental integrity and their combination with the development of technical creative work for the harmonious development of personality, is a part of this international program.

They develop and improve forms and methods of work to increase the level of technical development of the younger generation. They participate in training and upgrading of specialists in technical creativity working with the younger generation.

REGIONAL CENTERS OF TECHNICAL CREATIVE WORK ensure formation and development of a system of monitoring the level of technical creative work and conduct a number of activities to improve technical development of the younger generation in the region.

MUNICIPAL CLUBS OF TECHNICAL CREATIVE WORK provide monitoring of the development of

technical creative work in schools, provide methodological guidance and conducting a set of activities to enhance development of innovative technical creative work in the municipalities.

COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS – PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROGRAM implement integrated

programs of formation and creative development of individuals. They organize activity of after school programs and / or clubs of technical creative work.

About international program «SPORTS CREATIVITY»

This international program is a vertically integrated structure that is formed on the basis of project results of non-profit partnership for harmonious development of the world community "Consolidation" (Russia) based on the experience of national and international structures.

Sports creativity – is a system of generation and use of innovative sportive technologies for harmonious development of the younger generation. Sportive technologies are the basis for harmonious development of an individual personality.

Acceleration of international community development in the last decades of the twentieth and early twenty-first centuries has actualized the need to move from sports creativity to sportive technologies contributing to the formation of a harmoniously developed personality. Disproportion between the level of scientific and technological progress and the level of harmonious development of individuals prevailing in the international community leads to demand for the sports creativity as well.

Complex integration of social, cultural and mental integrity and their combination with the development of sportive creativity for the harmonious development of personality, is a goal of this international program. Formation and development of knowledge and technological systems of norm-value regulation of the development of the younger generation are the basis for program functioning in the complex system "UNIOLYMP.

Countries of the international community develop various types of sports creativity: Sportive-pedagogical creativity; Sportive-hiking creativity; Sportive-healthy creativity; Sportive-arts creativity; Sportive-technical creativity.

Sports creativity is a basic ingredient of high performance sport. Consolidation and integration of available opportunities to form an integrated system of sports creativity development in all its diversity among the younger generation is the goal of the international program "Sports creativity. " INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE PROGRAM provides formation and development of conceptual basis and methodologies of improvement of harmonious development of the younger generation on the basis of sportive technologies, as well as training and conducting international activities of the program. NATIONAL BOARDS OF DIRECTORS FOR RESEARCH AND METHODOLOGY PROGRAMS facilitate adaptation of the conceptual basis and methodology of improvement of sports creativity of the younger generation, taking into account national circumstances and national scientific achievemnts, as well as preparing and conducting national activities of the program.

They develop and improve forms and methods of work to increase the level of sports creativity of the younger generation. They participate in training and upgrading of specialists in sports creativity working with the younger generation. This international program is a vertically integrated structure that is formed on the basis of project results of

non-profit partnership for harmonious development of the world community "Consolidation" (Russia) based on the experience of national and international structures.

Formation and development of an integrated system of the International Project "UNIOLYMP" is performed in cooperation and collaboration with the organizers of the Olympic (adults and youth), Paralympic and Delphic Games.

Expanding these international games by including activities of the International Program "Olympic Friendship" will add a more complex character and raise them to a new quality level of development and enhance the unity of different generations in various activities.

International Programme "Olympic Friendship" is intended to integrate the Olympic and human values involving the younger generation in this process.

International Programme “Olympic Friendship” develops in integration with existing international UNESCO program “ Children and Youth Forum ‘Olympic Friendship” with the aim of its further development and inclusion in the international program “UNIOLYMP”. INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF THE PROGRAM provides formation and development of conceptual basis and methodologies of improvement of harmonious development of the younger generation involving given opportunities, as well as participating in preparation and conducting international activities.

This international program is a vertically integrated structure that is formed on the basis

of project results of non-profit partnership for harmonious development of the world community "Consolidation" (Russia) based on the experience of national and international structures.

Innovative complex system "UNIOLYMP” is introduced by the World Foundation and national structures " UNIOLYMP ", which acting on the basis of partnerships with international and national entities, initially expands existing activities by including CREATIVE OLYMPIADS " UNIOLYMP” into these activities.

Later CREATIVE OLYMPIADS "UNIOLYMP" will be an independent national and international system selecting the best representatives in comprehensive schools and at municipal, regional, national and international level in different kinds of creative activities: humanitarian, technical and sports.

The course for modernization with formation of the innovative economy of the Russian Federation can be

effectively implemented by interfacing with a complex system of creating innovation-oriented and harmonious personality. Young people - are the future of the country and the level of their harmonious development and success makes

the success of the state. Contemporary limited conditions and opportunities for realization of creative abilities given by nature to the younger generation lead to well-known problems in the youth’s environment.

Solely the number of involved regional government and public bodies, which do not form organizational-economic mechanism for their complex interactions, cannot solve the problems of the youth environment on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is impossible to build an innovation-oriented harmonious personality to achieve the goals of economic modernization.

Non-profit partnership for promotion of the harmonious development of the world community "CONSOLIDATION" designed, and national structures "UNIOLYMP" launched the complex system " UNIOLYMP”, which provides formation of the vector for dynamic improvement of the success level of the younger generation under the motto" BE SUCCESSFUL - REACH YOUR OLYMPUS! ".

Complex System " UNIOLYMP " will build the necessary social-state relations for innovative development of the younger generation to ensure identification and development of the abilities and talents of the younger generation, as well as contribute to the harmonious development of personality and improve intellectual and moral culture that is the basis of scientific and technological progress and high rates of socio-economic development of the country.

At the regional level Social-State Partnership " UNIOLYMP " is suggested to include the following structures:

• Regional Council of Social-State Partnership " UNIOLYMP " - an organizer and coordinator of the complex system.

• Regional Foundation " UNIOLYMP " providing logistics, material and technical base and funding of the activities of the complex system.

• Regional Children and Youth’s Movement " UNIOLYMP " , which is a self-governing structure of a complex system.

• Regional league " UNIOLYMP " , providing consolidation and integration of the opportunities of regional public bodies working in the junior and youth environment.

• Regional board of creative olympiads and forum-festivals " UNIOLYMP " , which provides training and conduct of the winter and summer activities.

• Regional research and production holding " UNIOLYMP – INNOVATION” - the area for implementation and development of young people’s skills.

Complex system " UNIOLYMP " creates a competitive environment to identify the best of the best

among the younger generation of school age and to rate top-managers of schools and municipalities on the basis of the results of the teams participating in the annual creative olympiads and forum-festivals in the " “UNIOLYMP”, which provide integrity, festivity, mass and competitiveness of the events covering different aspects of life of the younger generation. Currently formation of national structures is being completed and we are beginning formation of regional structures (in the RF entities) of social-state partnership " UNIOLYMP.

Complex system of innovative development of the younger generation " UNIOLYMP "is not only an organizational and economic mechanism for solving youth problems on the base of social-state partnership, but also a system of formation an innovation-oriented individual, which is an important task at the present stage of development of the Russian Federation.

Efficiency and pace of practical activity for implementing the complex system " UNIOLYMP " will significantly enhance if Councils for promotion of innovative development of the younger generation will be created at the RF President’s Office and offices of leaders of the RF entities.

The aim of the National Board of Directors of creative Olympiads and forum-festivals “UNIOLYMP” is to organize preparation and conduct of annual (winter and summer) creative olympiads and forums - festivals " UNIOLYMP” in municipalities, in the Federation entities, Federal Districts, as well as All-Russian events. Permanent coordinating boards of creative olympiads and forums - festivals " UNIOLYMP " are organized in the Federation entities and municipalities. Annual creative olympiads and forums - festivals are systemic " UNIOLYMP " activities, their programs include a set of activities organized jointly with the national structures " UNIOLYMP ". Creative olympiads and forums - festivals " UNIOLYMP " - are complex activities, including scientific - practical arrangements, round tables, as well as programs of humanitarian, technical and sports creativity.
