HOW TO PLAY

• Lay out a row of 7 cards, face down. Then stack a row 6 on top of these, then 5, etc. until you have a grid of 7 columns going from a column of 7 cards down to 1.

• Turn over the top card from each column.

• Put the rest of the deck to the side. • The aim of the game is to organise the cards in ascending 2 octave arpeggios in foundation piles.• Cards in the main columns can be moved on top of other cards if they are:

• The next note down in any arpeggio.• The same exact note (not the same note in a different octave).

• As cards are moved from the end of a column, the next card down can then be turned over.• The lowest root notes of the arpeggios should be used to create foundation piles underneath the main columns.

• Any card or card stack can be moved into an empty column space when all the other cards have been removed from the column. • When no more cards can be moved, the player should turn over cards from the deck in sets of 3. The top card can then be played. • Continue moving cards from the deck and the columns until you have formed all the arpeggios on the foundation piles (using up all the cards).
