Services not utilized are Non-Refundable.4. No refunds will be made after availing of the travel services, in case of 'No Show, passenger delays, any changes

5. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there is any hike in entrance fees at sightseeingplaces, taxes, fuel surcharges or any other levies by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

6. All bookings are subject to availability.7. All passengers details should be provided for confirming tours. Surcharges are applicable for single travellers,

travelling alone without companion, which will be notified at the time of booking.

Policy Regarding Cancellation10. All refunds after cancellation are subject to Concept Voyages and its suppliers refund policy. Any updates on

cancellation policy made will be notified at the time of booking. Please note that the refund process may take2-4 weeks due to banking procedures the refunds, if any are made by cheque or bank account transfer. Thebank charges, administrative and financial charges will be debited from the refund amount. No refunds will begiven 7 days prior to travel date.
