In this every engineer/supervisor will mentor 2/3 technicians/operators, select any random equipment or part of the equipment and clean it with some cleaning arrangements, discuss about the equipment, record some abnormalities(if any) in the given format. One has to spend 20/30 minutes per day on this activity. This provides a very good platform for exchange of knowledge.
