Certification Feature Option
Concept Keys has developed an additional feature in which the level of knowledge
each participant acquires in each program area can be Certified.
There are three aspects to the Certification process:1. The online examination must be witnessed by a person who will attest
to the honesty of the examination session.2. The first phase of the online examination evaluates each participant’s
retention of Key information (50 points possible).3. The second phase of the online examination evaluates each
participant’s recognition and understanding of micro-lessons (50 points possible).
Certification Standards are as follows: Outstanding (94-100 points)Superior (80-93 points)Standard (70-79 points)Novice (60-69 points)
