WHAT IS THIS GAME?This isa turn-based multi-player strategy gameplayed by teams ofup to 4 players each, with a maximum of 12 teams at any one time.Each team will be responsible for running a virtual bakery, studying thegames volatile economic environment to make decisions about the

bakerys equipment acquisition, production output, and sales strategy.Much like in the real world, the teams compete with each other on thegame board to maximize their revenue, profits and brand value. At theend of each turn, the revenue, profit and brand value for each team iscalculated.

WHY THIS GAME?The game provideshands-on opportunitiesfor students to apply their

knowledge, thinking skills, and analytical skills on meaningful andrealistic decision-making models, which in turn will aidunderstanding of the following concepts taught during the course - CostTerminologies, Raw Materials, Direct Labour, Manufacturing Overhead,Components of Product costs, Period costs, Target pricing, Overview ofprocess costing as well as Planning and control of internal operations.The Game also features a 3D Plant tour of alarge commercial automated bakery.
