ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

Rathnavel Subramaniam (RVS) Educational Trust was established in 1983 as a public charitable Trust in memory of Master Rathnavel Subramaniam, the elder son of the Chairman Vijayashree Dr.K.V.Kupusamy and Late. Smt. K.Padmavathy. It was started with the objectives to create facilities for education, health care and upliftment of the poor and the downtrodden. Today RVS Education Trust has reached its goal as one of the leading educational organizations of our country with more than 49 educational and other institutions all over Tamil Nadu.

R V S Te c h n i c a l C a m p u s -Coimbatore was established in 2009. It is approved by AICTE as an integrated campus and affiliated to the Anna University, Chennai. The College offers 7 under graduate programmes and 5 post graduate programmes in Engineering and Management. It intends to be the preeminent research and teaching institution linking the people of our institution to the nation and the world by providing quality, career focused education and world class specifications.

The department was started in the year 2009 and it has grown excellently in academic and research work. At present there are 12 energetic and dedicated faculty members in many diverse areas of mathematics. The depar tment also supports all the engineering

departments by offering core and advance

c o u r s e s i n m a t h e m a t i c s a t t h e undergraduate and post graduate level over a number of semesters.

It gives me gargantuan gratification to invite you for profound knowledge by the eminent persons. As the Premier event in Mathematics, “COMTMA-2016” focuses on various perspectives of Mathematical research and its applications. For Authors

1. Manuscript should be typed in 12 point- Times New Roman Font English with a single space and single column with 1” margin on a standard A4 size paper.

2. The sub – heading must be bold typed, fully capitalized and left aligned. The text matter must be in a 12 point – Times New Roman Font and single spaced. All paragraphs must be indented at 0.25”. The text should be fully justified. The research manuscript should preferably not exceed 12 – 15 pages in all.

3. Figures and tables should be centered, separately numbered, self explained. Please note that table titles must be above the table and sources of data should be mentioned below the table. All the equations used in research manuscript should be consecutively numbered in parentheses, horizontally centered with equation number placed at the right.

Selected papers will be published in Special

Issue of the following Journals.

PUBLICATIONS

The authors should list all references alphabetically. The authors are advised to use Harvard referencing system and mention only those references actually used in their manuscript.
