Just try to answer to following questions (my personal

view):

What is core business of university?

Do we have (are able) to organize team(s) to

develop/implement/operate IS? Do our university follow same

scheme in another areas (automobiles, machinery, building

industry, )?

Are we able (willing) to support development team (equipment,

development tools, salaries, ) what will happen if not?

Do you have required professionals (analytic team, )

An average class-load at the bachelor's degree level is about15 unitsper semester

other attributes (timestamps)

In Slovakiaevery diploma thesis (dissertations,

habilitations) have to pass plagiarism detection process
