Instructor-led learningYour hands-on training and guided coursework will be led by instructor Moss Ingram. Ingram is an experienced A+, N+, MCP+I and MCSE systems engineer. Moss has provided technical expertise to many Fortune 500 companies, the U.S. Marines, the Internal Revenue Service, and United Nations.

You will learn how to:• Assemble components based on

customer requirements.

• Install, configure and maintain devices, PCs, and software for end users.

• Understand the basics of networking and security/forensics.

• Properly and safely troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve and document common hardware and software issues.

• Provide appropriate customer support.

• Understand the basics of virtualization, desktop imaging and deployment.

Certificates and credential optionsThis program is designed to prepare you to earn the globally recognized CompTIA A+ Certification. All aspects of the certification process are offered outside of the program and are not covered by tuition. To become certified, you must pass two tests at a third party testing facility.

Through independent work, you could also become A+, CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ certified.
