Welcome Message

A warm welcome to all of our members

around the world. It has been a long

journey to get to this point in time. A time

where we can honestly say that your

patience and work has truly paid off.

Compumatrix is not your ordinary company,

just as our founder is no ordinary man.

Through all the trials, hiccups and adversity,

Henry has never let go of that vision.

It is that tenacity, dedication and determination that the board of directors

and entire staff bring to you, our members, to help each of you realize your

own visions.

For many, that vision is simply being able to provide for their families by

havinga stable income for the basic needs of food and shelter.Yet for others,

like our Stay-at-Home Moms, who still wish to add that little extra to the

family income, we have a way for them as well.

Through your own efforts you will be able to earn a little or a lot.And no, I

am not talking about selling or recruiting like many other online companies

require you to do.I am talking about simply sharing your passions.

Passions you ask?We have many avenues for you to share and earn in

Compumatrix. From blogging about what you love or what you crusade

against, to adding content to someone else‟s postings or showing or selling

your own paintings or original photographs.

Perhaps you have a creative flair for designing ads or web pages for

others? These are just a few examples of the things that you can do to be

able to earn an excellent income through us.

To close, a quote from Abraham Lincoln:

“In the end it’s not the years in your life that count.

It’s the life in your years.”

Make yours count!

Welcome to Compumatrix

What is Compumatrix?

Compumatrix is an Incentive-Based Social Network, which promotes Online

Entrepreneurship as conceptualized by Henry James Banayat, the founder of

this company.

In simple terms, your primary objective for joining Compumatrix is to

become an entrepreneur that makes money online and preferably

generates a most rewarding and sustainable income.

In order to start a business, you must have the

capital, manpower, skills and the proper motivation

to do so. Compumatrix helps you in all areas of

these requirements.

With our Compumatrix Social Network

(Compumatrix.us), you can do simple activities that

are rewarded with Activity Points. Activity Pointscan

easilybe converted into the Compumatrix Digital

Currency or CDC. CDC is the official digital currency

within the social network and is used to purchase

products and services on our marketplace.

CDCs are used to pay for the digital marketing or

online advertising of your business on our expanding

social network.CDCs can also be used as yourInitial

Working Capital for the production or co-creation

of our VirtualPrepaid Cards, which will enable you

to earn sustainable cash income.

These Virtual Prepaid Cards are also sold by a

chain of Authorized Dealers, Affiliates and

Retailers around the world.

You may also line up your own Affiliates to sell

these Virtual Prepaid Cards for you.

Is Compumatrix for you?

Compumatrix is about working online, and more than likely it will requirea

reasonable level of self-discipline to be able to work at home, at your own

pace, following the guidelines of running your own business using our

standard operating procedures.

ReasonstoConsider Becoming a Compumatrix Entrepreneur

1. It is a great time to find opportunities in the chaos and destruction of

everchanging industries. You will be able to provide a product or

service that will enable you to earn a living while others struggle.

2. You will be able to pursue your passion whilst making a living doing

what you love.

3. You will be able to reinventthe world.“Going to work”can be redefined

and you will have the ability to help improve the lives of those who

purchase your goods and services.

4. You will be your own “boss” with the ability to choose the clients you

want to work with, and be able to work with them.Owning your own

business will enable you to be in control of your own workday.

5. There is no ceiling on your professional potential. When you own your

own business, your creativity and skillswill evolve and can be used as

you need them for theenhancement of your business.

6. There is no cap on your earning potential. You will be able to make

changes and innovate as the market demands. You will not have to

ask for the approval of your “boss” in order to make any necessary

changes to ensure sales.

7. You are the captain of your own ship. All the responsibility falls upon

your shoulders, but with that you also have the freedom to steer your

business in whichever direction you see fit. You may even choose to

start your business part-time.

8. You will always have a variety of roles to perform within your business.

So that if you excel in multitasking, being an entrepreneur is definitely

a way to use those skills for the benefit of your own business.

Page 9: Compumatrix member guide rev2

8 | P a g e

9. You will have the opportunity to do meaningful work. As your own

“boss” you will have a chance to do work that means something to

you, and perhaps to those who benefit from your product or service.

10. You see a business opportunity.Owning your own business will allow

you to stop merely wishing for a product or service to better suit your

needs and start providing one for yourself and others instead.

11. Job security. Business is changing rapidly. No business has the same

level of security that it had before the economic downturn.

12. You can start part-time. Many thriving entrepreneurs juggled multiple

opportunities before putting “their all” into their singular business.

13. Prove to yourself that you can do it. It may not be easy but owning

and conducting a successful business willcatapult your self esteem.

14. Achieve your deepest dreams. When you have special aspirations in

life, entrepreneurship is one of the very best ways to reach them.

15. You no longer have employment. However you have already acquired

many skills in your former vocation and have an expertise that can be

leveraged to start a totally new business venture.

16. You are a risk taker.Bearing in mind that there is a huge

differencebetween a foolish and a carefully planned and calculated

“risk.”

The Compumatrix.us Social Network

TheCompumatrix.us Social Network Program is an open-sourced

program developed by PhpFox and the operational processes were revised by

Henry James Banayat to meet the goals of the Compumatrix program.

Compumatrix.us had been designed for people who don’t have access

to working capitalin order to start their own online business. With our

social network, you can work for your initial capital by doing common online

activitiesand by so doing, earn Compumatrix Digital Currencies or CDCs.

CDCs can then be used as your initial capitalfor our Compumatrix

Business Opportunity. This is the Active Part of the Program.

Page 10: Compumatrix member guide rev2

9 | P a g e

Another option to begin your “Roadmap to Success” is to purchase our

Virtual Prepaid Cards. This is the Passive Part of the Program.

How Activity Points turn to CDCs

Sponsors paying for their Online Advertising on our social network turn your

Activity Points into CDCs. This process is called monetization. In short,

Sponsors pay us to provide you CDCs.

We provide online advertising services to a wide variety of businesses from

small enterprises to large corporations. Advertising with Compumatrix allows

sponsors to reach out to a global audience of entrepreneurs with unlimited

earning potential, which other social networks cannot provide.

Most social networks are centered on engagement and fun activities, but to

date have never focused on harnessing human potential, let alone on

providing business opportunities for their users.

Compumatrix also accepts donations from various donors which support

online work initiatives.

User Content Generation

Blogging

Blogs play a key role in educating prospects for lead generation and

nurturing. Many of your most qualified leads – whether you have identified

them or not – are readers of your blog. Your blog can be one of the most

powerful marketing assets – if you stick to the topic your prospects and

customers will find most compelling and avoid the hard sell.

Blogging Policies

Your submission of a blog article for consideration indicates your consent to

the following simple rules:

We reserve the exclusive right to choose what articles to publish or not

publish and are not obligated to provide you with a reason for rejecting your

submitted article. In addition, while we are under no obligation to do so, once

published, we reserve the right to remove and permanently delete the article

without notice, and for any reason we deem sufficient.

The content you submit must be your original content and never before

published. If your article is accepted, please feel free to link to it from your

site or other sites.

You must not plagiarize others in your article.

The content you submit must not be objectionable in our reasonable but

exclusive opinion. No racist, hateful, discriminatory, illegal, unlawful or

otherwise objectionable content will be published.

In submitting your article, you are granting us a perpetual, royalty free non-

exclusive (except for the first sixty days) license to use the content however

we wish so long as we give you writer‟s credit.

We may accept the article but request you edit the article, and you may elect

to do so or not. However, if you elect not to edit it in accordance with our

reasonable requests, we can revoke our acceptance of the article for

publication. We further reserve the right to revoke our acceptance even if

Page 21: Compumatrix member guide rev2

20 | P a g e

you do elect to edit it per our request if our needs change in the intervening

time period.

You must supply us with the credit information for the article, along with any

website which publicizes your information and/or products. We will be happy

to publish this information at the beginning or end of the article (based solely

on our editorial judgment). However, we ask that you refrain from promoting

yourself, your company and/or your products in the body of the article.

You understand that once you have submitted your article, you are still

responsible for its content.

Additionally, bloggers must respect the following guidelines regarding any

submitted article:

The body of the article must be 1,000 words or less.

Bloggers must submit the title of the post. The title of the post can be

a maximum of 10 words.

Tipson How to Write a Killer Blog Post

1. Make a List. One of the simplest B2B blog post concepts can be the most effective: list posts. Think “25 Must-Read Email Marketing

Resources,” “15 Influential Leaders in Search Engine Optimization” “30 Can‟t Miss Social Media Conferences.” List posts are effective because

they are easily scanned. Plus, readers know exactly what they‟re getting simply by viewing the headline – influencing many to share the content with their social networks even before clicking through them.

List posts can also effectively attract inbound links. For example, with

the “15 Influential Leaders in SEO” post, thought leaders profiled are likely to link back to the post from their own blog or corporate website.

2. Write the unexpected. Tips and checklists are popular blog formats, but to create a post that truly stands out, write a reverse tips or

checklist post. For example, instead of “10 Ways to Improve Deliverability on Your Next Email Campaign,” try writing “Top 10 Ways to Get Flagged as Spam.” When it all boils down, both posts offer

similar takeaways: how to ensure your emails reach subscribers‟ inboxes. The reverse post concept may be even more successful at

attracting readers and inbound links, thanks to the “shock” value.

3. Play off current events. Relating B2B blog content back to current

events can help make posts relevant, timely and interesting. For example, an event planning Software Company could leverage a news

item about the Summer Olympics on its blog. A post could discuss the planning element of the large-scale event, and tie in the company‟s business offerings.

4. Leverage someone else’s thoughts. Thought leader interviews make great content for B2B blogs. You may scour the web with the

topics discussed by thought leaders and relate it to the concept which you are offering. Leveraging the insight and opinions of respected

industry leaders not only provides interesting, relevant content for readers; it can also position your B2B organization as a thought leader.

5. Use stats, poll results or other research. Research-driven posts – whether based on an in-depth research report or a less formal reader

poll – are another killer element for B2B blogs. B2B organizations can leverage their own research, or that of other groups. The benefits of

research driven posts are two-fold: First, bite-sized statistical information is simple and quick to read. Secondly, it‟s easily sharable via social networks.

Page 23: Compumatrix member guide rev2

22 | P a g e

Engaging with your Sponsors

An example of a well designed banner, displayed on the Compumatrix Social Network

by one of the Australian Sponsors. The banner is marketing “Telstra.”

It is an important practice to engage with your sponsors on a regular basis,

at least once during the week.

On all the pages of your Compumatrix site you will see both horizontal and

vertical banners that advertise products, services and businesses according

to the geographical region you live in.

To engage with a sponsor, you need to click on their banner, to be directed

to their website or an article related to them. Read the information and look

at any of their images or videos to gain a broad understanding of the product

or service they are marketing or the entire industry they may represent.

After you evaluate the product, service or business and how it has been

presented, write a short review related to their offering/s. This can be as

simple as stating your own likes (and/or dislikes) or if you would have (or not

have) a personal need for their wares.

You may also write a comparative review by searching for any of their

competitors, listing their pros and cons.Being even more creative, you can

write about your own impressions and/or knowledge of any relevant topic.

You may think that your own ideas or tastes are of little significance to a

sponsor but NEVER underestimate the value of your own experiences.

Another way to engage with a sponsor is simply to share the information you

have gleamed about them on your Compumatrix Social Network Wall.

And don‟t forget your post and comments can then be shared at any number

of your other social media channels.

Page 24: Compumatrix member guide rev2

23 | P a g e

Blogging about your Sponsors

Writing a featured article or a review about a sponsor or advertiser is a great

way for them to continuously sponsor by placing their advertisements on

your blog.

shows or video testimonials for a price that you set.

All these can be paid to you directly via your Paypal account or CDCs. (Note:

Don’t forget to properly configure your Account Settings for Paypal and CDCs

to work)

You may also start selling your Products. Please note however that when you

sell your products by accepting CDCs, this has to go through the final step of

being used as capital for your Retail Business with us. You have to decide

carefully. Whichever path you take, it will always be a win-win solution.

increases, the variety and number of products and services will also increase.

Your Business of Selling Cards

When making a reply in response to photos, videos, blogs, quizzes, polls or

postings on the Marketplace or Pages, the comments must be constructive

and contain at least 30 words in order to earn any Activity Points.

Pages

“Pages” is strictly for Compumatrix Business Only (unauthorized pages, must

content. Be authentic and creative in what you are presenting to the world.

Videos

The Compumatrix Video Page presents another social activity on the

Compumatrix Social Network, where members can share YouTube videos.

We all have our personal tastes, like and dislikes with video and film.

However one underlying aspect we can all agree upon is that videos

presented at Compumatrix need to be well produced with good visual and

sound quality, as well as being apolitical, informative/educationaland

businesslike in their content.

Videos cannot be any longer than 30 minutes and music videos are limited to

TWO uploads per week.

Videos will be removed at the end of each month, in order for new ones to

replace them. Therefore make sure your Activity Points have been converted

by the last day of each month, so they will not be lost.

You may also wish to keep a copy of the feedback you have received as well

as your own comments.

Blogs at the Compumatrix Social Network

The Compumatrix Blog distinguishes our Social Media Network from all the

most popular Social Media websites and we encourage everyone to take

advantage of this great feature.

Because the content can be shared throughout the internet, it's important

that the requirements for submitting an article to the Compumatrix Blog are

very clearly understood.

Business clients coming into Compumatrixwill be very interested to see

what you are writing and therefore articles must be „businesslike‟ and at least

300 words.

Tip:Use the Word counter tool to count the words on your blog. You will find

it at the bottom left of your Word Document.

Articles can be longer, but it has been found that 300 words is a happy

medium between not having quite enough information and having far too

much for the majority of readers to want to read.

Page 34: Compumatrix member guide rev2

33 | P a g e

The article must also be original. That‟s to say, it must be your own

writing. Although it‟s quite acceptable to refer to other articles, giving full

details of authorship and publication wherever possible: Incorporating terms

like: „According to‟ or „Based on‟ or „The author states that‟ wherever

applicable. Appropriate quotes can also be used to provoke thought and

support your own content: Again acknowledging the authorship.

A photograph can be inserted into your article. In fact we would encourage

you to always include an attractive image with your writingwherever

possible. The image needs to be a photograph you have taken yourself, or

have permission to use, or be Copyright free.

Hyper linksare permitted in your content with the stipulation that the sites

they are directed towards, link back to Compumatrix.

Your article/s may be removed at the end of each month, in order for

new ones to replace them. Therefore make sure your Activity Points have

been converted by the last day of each month, so they will not be lost. You

may also wish to keep a copy of your article, along with all the responses you

have received and your own comments.

Polls

Polls can cover a wide variety of topics and issues and can be a fun way of

sharing our different understandings, based on all manner of life

experiences: Past, present and future.

The best Polls are thought provoking andwill inspire many members to

respond with comments that will often stimulate new and resourceful ways of

thinking and feeling.

Notes:Polls must be sensible. Illogical and meaningless Polls will be deleted.

Comments to the Polls must be at least 25 words minimum to earn Activity

Points.

All Polls will be removed at the end of each month, in order for new ones to

replace them. Therefore make sure your Activity Points have been converted

by the last day of each month, so they will not be lost.
