Client• 30-year old Male
• Married and a two-year old son
• “I am a C-5 quadriplegic… I got hurt racing dirt bikes in
2003 when I was 16.”
• Previously drove full size Ford drop floor, complication
in seating position of new child
• Ease of driving mini-van, gas mileage, and ease of new
child loading with closer seating position

Spinal Cord Injury
Client• 56-year old female
• Married, one grown child
• Assistive Dog: Gage, graduated August 2014 from Canine
Companions for Independence. Very important for her to help
with tasks like when she drops vehicle remote.
• Previous vehicle was SUV with Bruno Outsider with swing-a-way
platform during relapsing remitting MS.
• Now with progressive MS using power chair at home and three
wheeled scooter outside. Still able to stand somewhat, but
needs ease of access to continue to work.

• BraunAbility Entervan XT conversion for extra head room
• B & D 6-way power base added to driver and passenger positions to help with fatigue from long distance travel.
• Veigel hand control right mount hand controls
• Steering Knob mounted at 8 O’clock
• Q-Lock to hold power chair after transfer
• Rubber flooring for ease of cleaning
