POINT MAXIMUM

The maximum amount of points a chapter can receive per line item is 300 points per year. A line item refers to a specific items on the matrix and

does not include section totals.

This is to insure that the Chapter of the Year winners are excelling in all areas of the matrix and

not just one specific item.
