NoninvasiveACOspector® is a Clamp-on instrument. It can be applied anywhere in the product line and there is no need to stop production for installation, tests or maintenance. It is never in contact with the measured fluid.

MeAsuring where you need iTWith ACOspector® there is no need to stop production for installation or maintenance. Installation is uncomplicated and the measuring procedures easy and maintenance free. Fewer lab-tests and no need to open up systems for maintenance and repairs.

It is now possible to measure in real-time, and as the instrument is noninvasive it is not affected by the fluid. No need for cleaning lenses or installing components inside the pipes.

Active listeningThe technology is called Active Acoustic Spectroscopy. It means that we emit acoustic signals through the fluid. Sensors receive the signals and an analysis is made, giving you information on one or many characteristics of the fluid.

The technology produces accurate measurements also where traditionally seen as difficult or impossible. Measurements can even be made to measure coatings on the inside of the pipe.

A swedish innovATion ACOspector® Acoustic Chemometer is based on a patented noninvasive fluid analysis method. It’s invented and developed in Sweden and all tests are made in real production on real fluids. That’s how we know the instrument works and is reliable even in difficult conditions.

Real-time controlMeasuring is continuous, creating instant analysis which gives reliable data for real-time process control.

Measurement is possible on just about any pipe material and liquid medium or gas, with reliable results that gives you better control over the process. The results can be accessed by the control system, but also by remote users.

AccurateMeasuring accuracy depends on customer requirements and calibration data. The measuring error is typically 1%.
