33 years ago.

This was the first Turkish Consultancy Service exported directly to Libya by

a Turkish independent consulting firm under a consultancy contract with a

Libyan employer.

The overseas experience of the Turkish Technical Consultancy Sector had

started in Libya in 1980’s.
