Electric counterbalance forklift trucks

Our electric counterbalance trucks offer the perfect

Diesel/LPG counterbalance trucks

Our range of diesel/LPG counterbalance trucks is

Our order pickers are the ergonomic way to maxim-

Tri-lateral stackers

The EKX, EFX and ETX series are our solutions for

all high rack segments with picking heights up to

18,530 mm. One example of this is the EKX which, as

AM 22

The AM 22 hand pallet truck is the ideal “warehouse

assistant” for all manual transporting over short dis-

tances. This is where its advantages come into play:

The truck for display pallets (500 kg

capacity) is ideal for lifting quarter

and half pallets from a Euro pallet.

It can also be used to transport

special small pallets as the forks

can be manually adjusted between

140 and 585 mm. The AM V05 can,

of course, also be used to move

standard Euro pallets.

AMX 10e AMX 10

Lift heights with back protection

Movements involving a great deal of bending and heavy lifting often have

a detrimental effect on health. The work height of the AMX 10/10e can be

raised by up to 800 mm to ensure a comfortable operating position. The

truck can also be fitted with side support rollers so that it can be moved

with its forks raised.

Additional stability is provided by support legs above a fork height of c. 350 mm. These can be replaced by small wheels.

The EME 114 is the smallest of the

electric pedestrian pallet trucks,

but it can still transport pallets and

loads weighing up to 1.4 tonnes.

It is very compact and requires

little space. The short chassis

length (450 mm) and narrow width

(710 mm) enable him to negotiate

narrow aisles with ease. The sup-

port rollers alongside the drive tyre

provide additional stability.

The tiller is ergonomically designed

The EJE 112i combines the robust-

electric pedestrian pallet truck with

Sloping loading docks when loading and unloading

the first row of pallets on lorries or rail wagons are no

hurdle to the EJE 220r/222r. In addition to the normal

lift, both truck models are have a patented ramp lift.

This allows for level adjustment on ramps and inclines

The powerful AC drive motor provides strong accel-

eration and a dynamic response. The trucks can also

reach their maximum permitted speed of 6 km/h when

carrying loads of 3,500 kg.

Space-saving operation

Its very compact dimensions make the ERE 120 ideally

suited for flexible and easy operation as a stand-on

truck. It can be used on the ramp or to transport loads

up to 2,000 kg over medium distances. And in very

confined spaces, the platform and side guards can

be folded into the contours of the truck, making the

ERE 120 even shorter so that it can be easily manoeu-

vred in the narrowest of aisles.

The ERE C20 offers the comfortable option of riding

on the truck combined with the ergonomic lift, thereby

The EMC 110 with electrical drive and lift motor is

user-friendly in every detail. It provides safety in every

situation right from the start, even for inexperienced

Fast, easy loading

The on-board battery charger guarantees extremely

travel program. At low speeds, the support from the electrical steering is

Step 1:

The industrial refurbishment begins

with with an inspection on arrival.

Then spare parts are ordered and

all safety-critical components

automatically replaced before any

further inspection.

Step 2:

Disassembly and thorough cleaning

is carried out in the second step.

At this point, consumables such as

brake fluid, motor and hydraulic oil

are disposed of in accordance with

environmental regulations. Once

all the components have been fully

cleaned, we determine the compo-

nents that must be replaced.

Step 3:

Complete mast disassembly. In

almost all cases, the chains and

bearings are replaced.

Step 4:

The trucks are primed, smoothed

and painted. Now they are “as

good as new” and even an expert

would be hard-pushed to distin-

guish them from new trucks.

Step 5:

Chassis, mast and all components

are reconnected and the truck is

restored.

Step 6:

This step sees the final inspection

take place, comprising a function

test with rated load. Once it has

passed the test, each truck com-

pletes its industrial refurbishment

in premium quality. Up and running

and complete with safety certificate,

it is ready for dispatch.

Risk of explosion in the air

The list of potentially explosive substances is long,

everything from aerosols and flour to sugar. When

mixed with air, they form a potentially explosive at-

mosphere in many industrial areas. In order to clearly

identify the hazards, the European Union has issued

the ATEX directives (the ATEX designation is derived

from the French abbreviation for ATmosphere EXplosi-

ble).

Theoretically a mixture like nitro and glycerine

In isolation, potentially explosive substances pose no

danger. The situation only becomes dangerous with

the addition of a possible ignition source. These in-

clude forklifts with electric/IC motors which have arc-

ing and sparking components, hot surfaces or flames

from intake/exhaust systems. These points of danger

must be eliminated from an explosion-proof truck.

Stainless steel trucks.Hygienic, rust-free and food-neutral.

Rust-free pallet trucks, pedestrian stackers and pallet trucks with support legs can be used anywhere with strict

hygiene and explosion protection requirements and where rust-free material is essential because the environment

is humid or aggressive. Stainless steel is food-neutral and thanks to a smooth, corrosion-free surface, resists the

adhesion of contaminants and the spread of germs and bacteria. The surface is also very resistant to wear and is

able to withstand heavy impacts and shocks. Stainless steel features a passive coating which helps to protect the

The AM G20 hand pallet truck is the perfect solution

The AMX I15/I15p/I15e/I15ep is corrosion-proof and

resistant to acids and salts. Its very smooth surfaces

The stainless steel pedestrian pallet truck

The EJE i20 pedestrian pallet truck (2,000 kg capacity)

and EJC i12z pedestrian pallet truck (1,200 kg capacity

and 2,500 mm lift height) are ideally suited to use in the

food industry.

The rugged truck design is designed to withstand

regular high-pressure cleaning and disinfection. Very

hard-wearing seals help to prevent the ingress of fluids

The EJE i25 stainless steel forklift truck (2,500 kg

The racking inspector.Our man for safety in your warehouse.

Under EC Directive 2009/104/EC, employers are re-

sponsible for ensuring that equipment requiring main-

tenance that could pose a hazard to persons is subject

to recurring inspection by a qualified inspector. For this

we have the perfect solution in the form of a proper

inspection by our racking inspector.

Even the best racking system is subject to wear and

tear over time. And even when working with the ut-

most caution, damage to racks can hardly be avoided.

Pallet sizes change, beams are swapped accordingly

and the capacity signs are mislaid ... The result is major

safety risks in some cases, plus loss of performance,

and in the hustle and bustle of the working day, these

are often only recognised when it is too late. Our

racking inspection service helps you to take preventive

measures. It includes a wide range of tests which make

a major contribution to ensuring the safe operation of

every racking system.
