Those who are ambitiouscan do this on a national level with TF radio and press, leading tostardom, appearance fees and more clients for your business.

Tal# shows such as Ailroy, Fanessa, This !orning and manyothers are always loo#ing for interesting guests and sub$ects to

feature and this may as well be you.

The general rule of thumb, is that on a local(regional level you doall TF, radio and media interviews for free. Whilst those on anational level will always involve all your out of poc#et and travelexpenses being paid, along with an appearance and(or interviewfee being paid to you also.

The next best way to get clients at N: cost, is to offer E2DDlecture demonstrations of your hypnotic s#ills to local women@s

&nother excellent way to get started at N: cost, is to offer somelocal venues a E2DD stage hypnotism show, which both gives youa chance to rehearse your new stage show and the show itselfwill lead to paid boo#ings for other shows, sales of your

hypnotherapy tapes on the night and of course, boo#ings forpersonal one to one sessions.

:ther low cost and effective ways to obtain clients, includehaving some &5 siHe leaflets advertising your services printed,

Thisdisplay advert, should be as big as those which other therapistsare running and there are a few things which will ensure you get

all the business. These are, to have a photo of yourself upon theadvert as it adds a personal human touch, mention upon theadvert your %rofessional &ssociation memberships, state that youoffer E2DD omplete !ind Therapy sessions for &'' problems andoffer them a E2DD%8:ND number to call you on. %eople willalways call a freephone number first before paying for a call, especially if it@s on the advert offering E2DD therapy sessions, which of course, yours will. The final thing to improve youradvert response, is to name you business something such as,&> 8ypnotherapy, so that your business appears at the top of

the alphabetical list and so is seen first. 7ou are also advised toobtain your E2DD lineage entries in both you local Thompson'ocal ?irectories, and within the 7ellow %ages, as again, thiscosts nothing for a lineage ad and it does generate some extraen"uiries.

It@s also worth writing to your regional head office of both >.6.%.&.and your areas N.8. area healthcare authority, re"uesting thatyou are granted a >.6.%.&. and N.8.. provider numberrespectively. They will send you all necessary forms and there is

no charge to obtain your provider numbers, which once obtainedand listed on all promotional materials, helps to attract moreclients, as >.6.%.& members will #now they can claim on theirhealthcare insurance to pay for the session. &lso doctors will#now they can refer people to you on the N.8.. as you have theN.8.. provider number. >earing this in mind, once you haveobtained both provider numbers, which costs nothing, it isworthwhile sending a letter of introduction, along with youradvertising leaflets, to all the doctors and dentists surgeries inyour area, who may then refer clients to you and so increase your

    business.

& little common sense will reveal numerous other no cost or lowcost advertising methods, which do lead to *++@s of clients. &last few examples to set you thin#ing on the right trac# are asfollows1

To sum up on advertising, in the rare event of potential clientsreplying to your adverts and then not boo#ing there and then onthe phone, I would suggest you ta#e their name and address andsend them your advertising leaflet, by first class post, as "uiteoften, when they receive this, it@s enough to spur them intoaction, so that they do call bac# and boo# a session rather thannever hearing from them again. :ne last point is, that bycontacting you in the first place, the client has admitted tothemselves they have a problem and so are now ma#ing acommitment to change things for the better and so they arealready

start counting bac#wards from 3++ in their minds eye, as youcontinue to suggest things to them and then lin# into theinduction method as explained in the verbal psychology section, being that of a subliminal nature.

    ; ?DD%DN FI& T&I2&D

&fter continuing with the subliminal induction, it@s time todeepen the level of trance, here we use the staircase ofrelaxation as detailed earlier in the course. The client being told

that as you count bac#wards from *+ down to *, so in their mindseye they will ta#e another step down the staircase they can nowsee and as this is a staircase of relaxation, they will sin# *++times deeper with each step down they ta#e. Then using thestandard phrases whilst counting bac#wards from *+ down to *the trance is deepened.

    < ?DD%DN E62T8D2 >7 I!&BD :E >D?

7ou then get the client to imagine that as they@ve gone to sleepin the bed, they will start dreaming and as they do, they are todream they are in a classroom, in which is a large blac#board, upon which their name is written in chal#. They are told that indreamland, when the blac#board is blan# they are instantly ta#ento a depth of relaxation where they can achieve anything andthen they are told to imagine rubbing their name out from theblac#board, so that each chal# letter, one by one, is rubbed outand as each letter disappears, so their level of relaxation doubles

in every way, until they rub out the last letter. When they relaxso completely that your wor# together today will prove *++/successful as an automatic reflex action.

This is where, as detailed in an earlier section of the course, wepraise the clients ego, ma#e them feel good about the wor# youare about to do together and ma#e them believe they are such awonderful client, with such good powers of intelligence,

The volume is still very loud, the colour is very brightand all in all, it@s very much a reminder of how they once were, which they no longer need. o first, they are to imagine turning

8ere the principle is to reverse the pain and pleasure connectorsin the clients mind. o that by so doing, their behaviour isreversed to that they desire and because the cause of theproblem which is the pain and pleasure circuit in their mindrelevant to their problem has been reversed. The cause of theproblem has effectively been removed and so a cure achievedwithout the need for long sessions of psychotherapy treatment.

Thus getting the same end results within one * hour session.

&lso, as the cause has indirectly been dealt with and removed, there is no chance of symptom substitution, so the client you@vestopped smo#ing has no debris left in his(her mind, which couldfor example, then cause them to start biting their nails instead.

The 3 steps of pain(pleasure therapy are

this with the most pleasurable experience of their entire life,so it becomes pleasurable to continue with their newbehaviour pattern. >ecause as they continue with the newbehaviour pattern, they are always reminded of this verypleasurable past event and feel $ust as they did then.

3 8ave them thin# of the person they said they loved mostand use the example I gave earlier, of how if they hadcontinued with their problem, they would have ended updead and(or pushing this loved one away. Dither way, theidea is to ma#e it so upsetting to continue with pastbehaviour, as by doing so, it would remind them that itwould upset the one they love so dearly in a way they wishto avoid and so a strong emotional motivating lin# is madehere.

Eorexample, a person once scared of spiders is told to dress them inwellies, put a silly party hat on it, a big clowns red nose, a brightsilly coat and so on, until the image which was once the trigger to
